The Wolf service we had was of the finest of the finest. Our burner would refuse to maintain a burner and a burner technician concluded that a bad thermocouple was the cause in several minutes. He was much respectful of our home, and made time to put on two tests of everything before departing. It is unusual to see such attention to detail having been done today.

The oven kept switching off in the middle of the cooking cycle so it was unreliable. Got it serviced, and found that a part needed to be replaced. It is now completing the cycles without problems.

Work is subcontracted. Technician arrived the following day. Repair was made and service was very expensive. Paid company $69.00 and aprox. $460.00 to Subcontractors. They told me their work was guaranteed for one year. The problem resurfaced and when I called them they said they would returned. They never showed up and they have not responded to my calls. Very irresponsible......

Do not work with them at all. I first called them to repair the stove and they asked for $69.99 initial service fee that it will be applied towards invoice then they send me an invoice for $405 and when I told them that they should apply the $69.99, they went ahead and bumped the quote to $450 and then applied the 6999. They did not respond on time. I’d not call them otherwise you’d get screeed with a higher quote and if you want the credit to be applied you’d just get a higher quote .

Genuine and trustworthy service. The technician took the time to explain the issue and gave me honest advice. I never felt pressured and was very happy with the results.
