Constraction reviews in Newark, New Jersey

I had a fantastic experience with Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Jersey City! My carpets look great and a huge thank you to Michael and Parantap for their incredible work. I’ll definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend!

This company is so great at what they do! What sets them apart is how genuine, informative and HONEST they are. They will not tell you to rip up floors and tear down walls unless they really believe it necessary.
They were totally transparent when it came to the process of repairs and restoration when we experienced flooding in our offices.
I highly recommend them above all others in this industry.

I had a great experience with the cleaning service. They were punctual, professional, and very thorough, taking the time to assess the tile and grout before starting. The results were impressive, the tiles look brighter and the grout lines look almost new. They were careful with the surrounding areas and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to refresh their tile and grout.

Excellent service! Michael from Voda Carpet Cleaning was professional, courteous, and thorough. After a dead tree fell and made a real mess, he left my carpet looking like new again. Everything is back to normal now—highly recommended. Did I mention that he had to deal with my elderly parents and they also liked him? Thank you Michael!!!

Excelentes

It's a shame they ghosted us after a consultation. Why bother coming to someone's house, spending an hour with us, taking measurements and then tell us you will send us a quote just to ghost us? Shame, because the guy who came seemed cool. Also, they advertise "dream kitchens" starting at $11K with a lavish photo of some beautiful kitchen on Facebook ads. When I asked about it, I was told that's for a simple basement kitchen with just 8 cabinets. So, how is that not false advertising. Dream kitchen isn't in a basement for a rental studio. You may have 5 stars reviews, but please do better not treating people like this. If you didn't wanna take on this project, you could have at least said so, or send me some crazy high price so you know it would be out of my budget.

Perfectionism in everything, Florin and your team are awesome!

I have been working with the owner directly for a little over 8 years. His attention to detail, professionalism, keeping to my demanding deadlines/budgets and thinking outside of the box has added significantly value to my real estate portfolio over the years. Always picks up the phone after hours and weekends regardless of his personal schedule.

We had the privilege of having Donka design build our man cave and loft area. They were very meticulous and detail oriented. Can’t thank them enough for their great service.

I’m extremely satisfied with the construction work from Donca builder. Everything was completed with great quality, in a short amount of time and a very fair price. They were professional, reliable and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services.

Felipe and his team are excellent to work with. As a GC I rely on my subcontracts being very responsive, professional and extremely reliable. They do hi quality work and his team really cares. Excellent framers and more who are fast, efficient and very fair!!

Amazing, cannot recommend this organization highly enough! Felipe's talent and skill level are matched only by his comprehension of the big picture and his interpersonal skills. They clearly have the capacity to do any sized job, and are on time, on budget, and respectful of other subs and the overall schedule. A+++

We have had excellent experience with Felipe and his crews on several jobs - from framing- sheetrock, roofing-to window/skylight install etc. highly recommend.
