Gonsana Constraction replaced my back house gutters recently, they did excellent job, now no more rainfalls pouring down at my back window outside when heavy thunderstorms occurred. They are honorable, professional and responsible from office administrator to worker . Highly recommended if you need any home repair. I will use them again.

No other contractors treat there clients like Gonsana they do very detailed and great work at reasonable prices they are very knowledgeable and willing to help. They turned our shabby looking house into a beautiful country home. There staff is very friendly and respectful a great bnch of guys and looks like they were never there after each working day. I had 7 roofing companies give me an estimate. Gonsana con. was the only company that actually went on the roof. They were meticulous, they tarped the entire perimeter of my house, removed debris by every wheelbarrow full, swept as they went, loaded their own truck, sent an entire 12 man crew so my roof was off and new in 2 days. There was a minor blip on my bill and they settled it with one phone call in 2 minutes. My experience with them was excellent.

We needed a quick estimate for roofing repairs and Jammyl drove right over the same day. We ended up going with replacement instead and Gonsana did a great job! The price was very reasonable, Jammyl kept in touch about scheduling, drove shingle samples over for us to review ahead of time, crews came on time and cleaned everything up afterward. We highly recommend Gonsana and will call again when we get around to updating our windows!

I phoned Phillip and his crew because my dryer was not venting properly. They quickly inspected the dryer vent and discovered that the vent pipe was full of lint and had a tear in it. I had a great experience working with Picture Perfect on my kitchen remodel. They did it all-floors, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, backsplash , and painting. They were efficient, cost-effective, and incredibly professional from start to finish. There is so much that I can say about Guillermo and his team at Picture Perfect, I don't know where to start. We met him when he basically gutted and redid our 1901 colonial home. New wood floors, 3 new bathrooms including showers, tile floor, wall, ceilings, vanities. His team painted, spackled and caulked the old walls.

The next project we had him do a few years later was a finished basement. Not only did he do that, but he also identified really unsafe wood structure and then fixed that completely. He has a lot of knowledge of framing and structure construction outside of the aesthetic work he does. The finished basement came out beautiful.

The next project he did was demoing a bathroom (the only one we didn't redo when he did our first construction) and bedroom and built us an incredible new bathroom and walk in closet and even did a built in sauna that came out incredible.

His next project he moved down to the jersey shore where he did a new trex deck that came out incredible and added a full bathroom. Through all of these projects he passed inspection the first time every time without ever having any issues.

On top of the great work he is fair, honest, he is a family man (his younger son works with him every day and his brother) and he truly cares. We love Guillermo and wouldn't do a project without him!
