Asked so many associates but no one seemed like to help and they’re hanging around together 🤦🏻‍♂️. Need something with ladder 🪜 waited 30 mins no HELP 😔

This Home Depot is one of the worst depot ever they always say they have the tools to rent but when you get there they don’t have them, it is always at the shop for repairs so I don’t understand why they don’t update the online website.

Order a refrigerator from this home depot which was delivered today damaged and does not work ask to speak with a manager they kept tranfering my the call and then kept me on hold for a hour and then hung up the phone and now no one is answering. They are very unprofessional at this home depot they knew this refrigerator did not work

The worst home depot in NJ! Not the people working there, people working there are educated and helpful. My last review was deleted, but I'll say it again.
Outside is disgusting! More cops than garbage and they dont give tickets for littering. If there's a fire or shooting inside there's no way out, locked doors. Line to pay goes around the isles. Today, jul/20 630pm only one register open. I paid at returns because of the nice worker. Really, whoever is the manager close the place down or make it safe and quick to pay and get out.. take care of the place you pay for it.

I just received service with this company, I am very satisfied.They were professional, knew how many men it took to finish job, cleaned all the debris from my property. I appreciated the work done and price i paid was fair. They had all the machinery equipment. 5 star service in Newark.

2nd time using them, Franklin took care of everything we discussed tree removal, stump grinding, root removal, shaving down roots, clean up and more. I made sure to go over all the trouble areas and full scope of the job when they came out to give a quote. Thankfully they were available on quick notice too. They did a great job and I appreciate the quality of work they provided on my property in Morris County.
