The service is excellent, but my recommendation is to check your purchase invoices carefully, some items have enormous prices, it is truly a shame that a business with such a long track record is doing these things, I am not a first-rate plumber, but I made one purchase and in a confident manner I did not carefully review the invoice and when I realized it was too late, anyway I went to make the claim in case they were wrong and what they told me was not logical, you can get the same piece in other places between $45 and $65 , they billed me for $132.00, and the excuse was that that piece was imported from Germany but it looks the same or of lower quality than other plumbing supplies,

They do not allow refunds on their faulty plumbing supplies! They are not helping this community at all! DO NOT SUPPORT OR PATRONIZE K & S PLUMBING! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!!!

I visited this supplier and found Shannon to be very professional and knowledgeable about her inventory. She helped me, a novice, understand how to address my problem. I would recommend this supplier to anyone with plumbing needs.

Been to this plumbing store twice and they always have everything i need in stock. North NJ don’t go anywhere else call it in and pick it up. They even text you pictures to confirm parts you need.

Ainda estou tentando concluir minha experiencia com eles. Atualmente tenho 760,96 dólares para pagar no meu cartão de credito, por um item que eu nunca obtive, menos 100 dólares de outro. No total e muito dinheiro e estou começando a ficar desesperada que nunca o terei de volta. O problema continua sendo com o mesmo funcionário, o Frank.

Tudo começou quando liguei em uma quinta-feira e pedi um Tanque de oleo ao Frank. Ele me garantiu que ate sábado de manha o teria. Liguei Sexta de manha confirmando, ele disse que estava esperando ouvir do fornecedor. Liguei Sexta a tarde ele disse que ainda estava falando com o fornecedor mas que eu podia ficar tranquila que teria o tanque sábado pela manha. Como era um tanque grande, o trabalho era grande. Contratamos help extra nesse dia para o trabalho, o dono da empresa largou outros trabalhos e focamos neste. Liguei para eles no sábado e adivinha? Frank nao trabalhava naquele dia, e havia esquecido de pedir o meu tanque. resultado, o cliente ficou esperando a manha toda, pagamos o dia de três funcionários que foram e ficaram esperando, e nada de tanque. O gerente G me garantiu que segunda feira teria o tanque, contratamos help mais uma vez. O tanque chegou, ele nos atendeu bem, so que o tanque que chegou la nao tinha confies de ser instalado, estava completamente corroído de ferrugem, o cliente nao aceitou instalar afinal, ele estava trocando o tanque por um mais novo, sem ferrugem. Mais prejuízo!!!!!! O G me garantiu um tanque melhor, e comprei um mais caro ainda com ele, o tanque chegou, mas ate la a cidade exigiu permits, que nos custariam mais do que o trabalho, e o tanque. Ja havíamos perdido tanto dinheiro, e ate nos endividado que nao dava mais, nao havia como fazer o trabalho. Tenho ligado direito para o Frank devolver o meu dinheiro, algo que me foi proposto pelo gerente G inicialmente, mas ele sempre vem com a desculpa de que vai falar com o patrão e me liga em 30 min. Ate hoje nao recebi essa ligacao, estou no prejuizo, podia ter feito esse trabalho se nao tivesse me custado 3 dias de varias helps para pagar, depois por ter demorado a exigência da cidade, e por ai vai!

Resultado, nao sei como eles são com os outros, mas se algum dia precisar retornar algo, eles vão te enrolar. Ja tive muita paciência, ja liguei muito para eles, espero que isso ainda se resolva, porque preciso deste dinheiro!
