Milies did a great job at my post construction cleaning. Her girls are very well trained 👏 👏 , told them what I wanted done and everything got done exactly how I wanted. Thank you for all the attention giving to my cleaning.

TECHNICIANS NEVER SHOWED UP.

Since I couldn’t be there, I had made arrangements for relatives to be at my place for the 2p-5p scheduled window (they drove 40 mins to be there). I received a call the day of the appointment that the technician would reach out to me to provide a better ETA, so I waited 2 hours for the call.

I called the office to let them know that we still hadn’t heard from the technician and asked if he was still coming- they said yes and that he would call shortly to confirm. Still no call, so at 5:20 I called again and the office promised the technician would call back. 20 mins later the office called to apologize and offered a 10% ($4) discount.

At that point the discount was not worth the frustration and disappointment in the lack of communication we experienced.

Will be scheduling a cleaning with another air vent cleaner.
