I called Voda of Jersey City for a quote to clean the carpet in my living room, and the price was very reasonable. The team arrived right on time and was extremely professional throughout the process. They did a great job, and the carpet looks fresh and clean. I highly recommend their services!

Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. He investigated throughout the condo until the source of the mold was found. He provided a variety of options to remediate the problem. And, was also helpful in dealing with the condo association and their requirements.

I had a mold problem in my car that was making me sick. I called ton of mold mediation companies around Jersey and was turned down because “they don’t do cars”.Mike and voda were super flexible. They took the job with no question. They charged a fair price, and factory reset my car. Great service, great quality. Great people!

My wife and I recently purchased our first home. Unfortunately, the previous owners had several cats that had run of the place and peed everywhere! When my wife and I visited the house, we thought the smell was mostly in the furniture and would largely go when the previous owners took their furniture with them. Sadly, not the case.

Michael showed up and *guaranteed* us that Voda's services would take care of the problem... and if not, that he would return and that a 2nd trip was *guaranteed* to resolve the issue. To Michael's credit, he did return several times. However, he failed to show up another time when my wife and I put our July 4th plans on hold waiting for him on a day he selected (still, that appointment has not been rescheduled). We were told that if this final (unfulfilled) return visit didn't take care of the issue, he would do another service that would cost us around $300, which would definitely take care of it. After unmet guarantees several times before, I told my wife we wouldn't be taking him up on that offer if it came to that because I don't put in any trust in these assurances anymore. Michael is a very nice man and he earnestly does his best, but the results just weren't there. If we need to contract cleaning services going ahead, we'll probably look to another company. Hopefully others have a better outcome than us.

Michael is the best. He’s super friendly and honest about what he and his team is able to do, and always makes sure to get the job done right. We got rid of the smell in our current place — would highly recommend for odor removal!

I can't say enough about Michael and the Voda Cleaning and Restoration company. My home got hit bad with a storm that flooded my basement and knocked out one whole side of my foundation. Michael came, saw what needed to be done and handled everything with top notch professionalism and compassion. He constantly came to the house to check on the progress to make sure things were getting done correctly. I had a leak in the garage which multiple plumbers had trouble diagnosing. Michael came and figured out it was my toilet. We got the toilet flange repaired and called back Michael to replace the garage tiles that had been infected.

Fast service, super reliable. And would work with again except I hope I don’t have issues like that anymore haha
