I have been using Regina's Maids for about 2 years. Lydia has been cleaning for me the entire time. She comes with another woman, usually Luz Maria. They are efficient, trustworthy and friendly. They are also very patient with my dogs. They do an excellent job and if I request something specific they happily oblige.

My experience with Regina's Maids has been excellent. Tania and Victoria are the cleaners I prefer. They quickly realized the quirks about my house (silly doors, narrow staircase, whacky furniture and my cat). I greatly appreciate my Saturday morning appointments. Regina's Maids is very accommodating with regard to my schedule and I will happily reschedule if Tania and Victoria are on vacation or enjoying a day off.
Not only are Tania and Victoria amazing at their jobs, they are a joy and a delight to have in my home. They always have a smile and are always in a good mood. I don't know what my home would be like if it weren't for Tania and Victoria. Thank you to both (and Regina's Maids).

Regina’s Maids are very relatable and consistently do a thorough job cleaning. I’ve been a customer for many years and appreciate their flexibility in regards to changing scheduled appointments if necessary and their punctuality and the overall quality of how clean my apartment is after they come. I have been using Regina's Maids for several years now and I have to say that they are worth every penny! I appreciate the ease and flexibility of scheduling- they are always willing to work around my work-from-home meetings, and give me a courtesy text before they arrive so I can prep my pups! My house is fresh and clean from floors to cabinet tops and they work efficiently- they have the whole place shining in under 3 hours. Mostly, I want to say that Lydia, my main cleaner, is so kind, friendly, and thorough. If I ask her to pay extra attention to something or point out if something was overlooked, she responds with a smile and a can do attitude. Having Regina's Maids come every other week is a gift I give myself and I haven't ever thought twice about not doing it. Like I said, worth every penny! Highly recommend!

He went out of his way to assist me today. I own 2 businesses and he is a model employee on the short track to mangement. Thank you for making my purchase as efficient and effortless as possible.

I made an order to have some boxes dropped off at my house for day-of delivery. They just never showed up. Then they never showed up the next day. So I spent two days at home waiting for an order that never came. To top it all off, my move is messed up because I’m getting my boxes really late now. No explanation or compensation was provided at any point.
