I did not have a good experience with Jennifer’s cleaning service. She is professional and cleans well but she sometimes asks for more money after the cleaning, usually because an area was too much work… We agreed on a price upfront and I was shocked every time she asked for more than the agreed-upon price. I stopped using her after she asked me for more money two out of five times. Not to mention, she is always late.

I hired Jenn’s cleaning services to deep clean my home. To say the house was left spotless would be an understatement. Jenn and team did an amazing job in the entire house. Every room and bathroom was cleaned and left in great condition. Very professional. Would definitely hire again and recommend to friends and family!

I used their service a few weeks ago. After the cleaning, two window blinds and a weight balance were broken. The window blinds wouldn't move or close. I contacted them a few times and they said they would come and fix but never showed up. I had to take the blinds down and fix myself.

I’ve used their service twice and both times they did a phenomenal job. I requested deep cleaning and the team is always on time and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is pristine. Amazing value for the service provided! Will keep using them in the future!
