Scheduled appointment but no one showed up. I am still shopping for landscapers, and happy to review them again after their work if they can be proactive.

Update: They called to say sorry and explain the situation, updating to two stars.

Mowing services were good, but fall clean up is poor. The lanscapers left leaves piled up the perimeter of our backyard, when I reached out to management they asked for my address and I never heard from them again. I paid extra money for fall clean up and they did not deliver. Very disappointed.

Called them the night before a big storm to request snow removal. They took great care of us. They did a wonderful job. So polite and the price was great. Very professional and yet they treat you like a good friend. I highly recommend them.

Joe was absolutely great! Due to COVID material on the caps was a little behind schedule. But in the end, he delivered a beautiful finished job! Would not hesitate to hire again for another job.

They've got great reviews, so I was optimistic. I spoke to a few workers who were doing some maintenance on trees in front of my home about the possibility of doing some work for my lawn. They gave me a card and told me to call the main office (their uncle). I called...no answer (cell phone). The voicemail message said to leave a voice or preferably a text message which I did.

I got a text response offering a date for them to meet me at my home for an estimate. I replied I'd see them on the agreed upon date. On the day of, it was raining early but I never got a cancellation. They never showed and it wasn't raining when the appointment should've taken place. I sent a text saying I didn't know what happened to them but I waited to no avail. Never even received a response back from them.

I would've chalked this up to the Covid stuff, but I've seen them in my community several times since this doing their scheduled property maintenance stuff. It's so hard to find good help sometimes with contractors.

I contacted joe via telephone and then emailed him my information. My lawn was up to my knees from all the rain. Joe cut my grass very slowly and got it looking very clean and neat. I will continue to use Joe as my landscaper as I am very pleased with my lawn looking great. LR.

I posted a review on Joe not showing up on our agreed date and time and was wondering why I didn’t get any reply on my text message.

I want to revive them, I got a call from them apologizing. The secretary made a mistake on the house number so instead Joe went to our neighbor and ended up giving them an estimate.
Joe came to our place soonest available and gave us an estimate. Thank you.

We asked Joe to take on a fairly large clean-up project for a 2 acre property we recently purchased which was out of his typical region. There were trees to cut down, fallen trees from past storms, old stumps to dig out, lots of small brush to chip, and landscaping that was 20 years old to clean-up.

He gladly took on the job, planned it out, came by to visit twice to ensure we agreed on the scope. Then he came with all the required equipment and team to do an efficient job over a few days. They did a great job and our property looks amazing just after the clean-up job - We'll be calling them back in the spring for some landscaping design work. Thank you!

I would like to thank Joe and his team for there focus and tolerance on my yard this year. In previous years I have had other landscapers fail to produce rich quality grass in a yard filled with many shaded areas. Joe's Landscaping took the time to explain what was needed, guaranteed satisfaction, and produced it. For the first time in 5 years, I am satisfied I have true green grass in my yard.
