Be aware of Price gouging!!! On June 2, 2021, I purchased two 3/4 x 1/2 female adapter c75-133 It is Simple fitting they charged me $11.84 each. I found it online for $2.83 and at Home Depot for$7.76 In essence, Their prices is 51% higher compared to the next highest seller. avoid them as much as you can.

The worst possible service you can image. I turned in a Goodman compressor for a warranty reimbursement back in May. They never call back and never give me clear answer. The person who I worked with was Nashon Jones. I'm still waiting for a $349.86 warranty payment, 3 months later. My next step is to file a complaint with NJ Better Business Bureau for fraud.

I called this place and spoke with Tyler about an hour before my arrival. I placed an order over the phone and provided my credit card so I could pick up the parts when I got there. Tyler confirmed over the phone that they had all the parts in stock. However, when I arrived, he told me they only had one part. I drove an hour and wasted my time just to find out they didn’t have what they said they did. What a waste of time and an absolute joke.

I had a technician from Alexander Plumbing come out to assess a copper coupling and tee replacement. They gave me an estimate of $1,610 + tax ($1,722) and mentioned that they would need to cut through sheetrock, wood framing, etc. I had already paid $94.90 for the evaluation, but they said they’d deduct that amount from the final cost if I decided to move forward with them.

However, after getting a second opinion from another plumbing company, I was shocked to find out they quoted me just $170 for the same job and they didn’t need to cut anything, since I had already opened the area to identify the leak. The massive price difference was unbelievable!

I would definitely not recommend Alexander Plumbing.

Alexander Plumbing reliably comes on time. Their mechanics are competent and we have no reservations about letting them in and leaving them alone to go about the work.

I have used Alexander for years! Their professionalism and customer service are incredible! Very hard to find their level of service in today’s world. My last situation was a leaking toilet on a holiday weekend. A real person answered the emergency number and an employee called within 5 minutes! They are the best. My person this time was Mike! He left my house cleaner than it was before he arrived👍

Pool heater, that was under warranty, didn't work right after pool was opened. Called Alexander Plumbing and they sent a technician out. Jim was fantastic. He arrived on time and was super courteous and knowledgeable. Ran several diagnostic checks on the heater. Unfortunately it needed some parts replacing. But the next working day Jim came back and got the heater up and running. Bonus was that unit was still under warranty, so it didn't cost me anything. Highly recommend the company.

My heating stopped working and I called them. They sent someone in a matter of hours. His name was Spencer, very professional, competent and efficient. He managed to find a quick solution and offered me what else needs to be done in the mear future. Extremely happy with their service. From today on, they will be my go-to people.

I had a water heater leak on an old unit. Ron, at Alexander's, was very quick and professional in responding and replacing it. Even sent pictures of the completed work. Excellent work, highly recommend them.

Had no heat and they were able to send a technician out the same morning. Problem was diagnosed and fixed in time. Thanks Jim and team

Stay away. Purchased gas logs from Albers and they recommended Ken Alexander to do the installation. He came right out to give me an estimate, and take my 50% payment. He seemed like a great guy, talked a big game and seemed to know his stuff. Well, when it came time to do the work he sent someone who probably didn't know their stuff. The guy wasn't paying attention at all because he was arguing on the phone the entire time. Even when he knocked on the door and came he was yelling at someone on the phone, didn't introduce himself or anything, just walked in yelling on the phone. The pipe running into the fireplace was not run into the place Ken said it was going to be. My first alarm. He installed the log set (still on the phone and yelling) but there was a large piece missing (the front grate). He said he had no choice but to make the fire log set offset in the fireplace. To this day the piece is still missing and any number of phone calls or emails isn't going to get him to fix the job. It looks really sloppy and my family and friends have mentioned it. It didn't pass the town inspection and he still could care less. I may have to hire another plumber to come in a fix what he did. I am definitely an unhappy customer and would never recommend this lazy guy.

Sleeping easy tonight because of Alexander Plumbing’s outstanding service. When closing up my home for the night (around midnight) I discovered that my gas fireplace was stuck in the on position. I am new to this home and do not have the key to the gas valve that leads to the fireplace. The 24/7 operator was kind and was able to quickly connect me with Ken. Once on the phone with Ken, he helped assess the situation on FaceTime, reviewed my gas lines and the fireplace, and ultimately managed to help me turn the gas back down to the pilot. To top things off, Ken did not bill me for the emergency assistance, even though I had him on the phone until close to 1am. Everyone I worked with was helpful, professional, and very responsive. I highly recommend Alexander Plumbing, especially if you have an urgent issue. I plan to have them come to service the fireplace to ensure it works correctly going forward.
