There was a bad milk spill onto a mattress over the weekend and Hector responded and came promptly and was able to resolve the problem. He went over the bed as much as he could until the odor and staining is gone. His pricing was good and reasonable and the service was quick! Appreciated all his help

I highly recommend Steam Solutions! I was going to have my carpet cleaned by another company, but when their technician came, there were a lot of little things that made it impossible to service my apartment. The technician highly recommended Steam Solutions, and I could not be more grateful!

Hector was prompt despite it being a very last minute request. He was friendly, kind, easy to work with. Aside from his approachable demeanor, he also did a very detail-oriented and thorough job! He even put "caution" stickers on areas that might be slippery, helped me put some furniture away and back, and went the extra mile to protect my wood furniture from the damp carpet.

I immediately scheduled another seevice with him for my car detail and and area rug that needed some love.
