Tree reviews in Northvale, New Jersey

Lorianne from SavATree was terrific. She came out for an estimate on a tree we need to cut down, but had so much more information to share and give advice about our other trees and lawn care! She is very knowledgeable about so much when it comes to trees, flowers, shrubs and more! Very personable and professional too!! Highly recommend Lorianne and SavATree to take care of your home!

I had not issues with the actual services performed. However the conduct throughout the whole engagement was pretty poor.
1. showed up 5 hours late to the initial quote;
2. For the secondary quote only gave 15 minutes notice they would be coming on property;
3. At the time of delivering the service they did not respond to my texts giving an approximate arrival time then proceeded to come onto the property without my knowledge.
The last point is particularly unacceptable given we have a reactive territorial dog and had no opportunity to ensure her and the arborists safety.

Lorraine from SavaTree was amazing! So knowledgeable! We had a question about one tree and she walked our whole property with us, giving us insight on what we can and should do to, not only beautify, but also provide our trees & grass with longevity & health. Looking forward to working with her in the future.

Sav A Tree did an amazing job on my property. Lorianne and her team were wonderful. She surveyed and explained exactly what my trees needed and what had to be done. Justin, Louis, and Paul were exceptionally professional and attentive to any concerns I had during their work. They cleaned up after they were done both days, leaving my property immaculate. I would totally recommend them for any tree work that needs to be done.

They call with a reminder the day before they come out for service, and tech, Jamie is a pleasure to work with. She always lets me know that she is has arrived to do the work. She is fast and thorough and seems to try her best not to interrupt our lives in the process, which is very thoughtful.

SavATree came highly recommended to me by a friend, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to work with them. My Arborist (Shane) was thorough in his analysis of what needed to be done, and his crew was superlative. Whether it was cutting, pruning or elevating, all of the work was done well, and the cleanup was way beyond good. I highly recommend you consider them for any work you may need done.

Lorianne came out for a consultation and was super knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us great tips on how to save the trees in our backyard and explained the situation with each one in detail.

We were referred to SavATree by Fleming Brothers Landscaping, and we’re so glad we were connected with Lorianne Brunsch. She was extremely thorough in evaluating our property, especially our 75+ year-old sugar maple. Lorianne took the time to explain what looked healthy and what areas might need extra care, which gave us real peace of mind. She was very upfront and honest about pricing, and we never felt pressured, just informed and supported. Her knowledge and professionalism were clear from start to finish. Highly recommend Lorianne and SavATree for anyone who truly cares about the health of their trees.

Justin did a great job on the Oaks in the back, even very difficult spots. Louis did an amazing job trees in the front and back…trimming etc.. Paul was very helpful to get all work completed. Overall phenomenal job and everything was cleaned up after.

Sav-A-Tree is terrific. Starting with Maureen in the office to arborist Lorianne we felt heard and supported.
Lorianne was extremely patient as we walked the property and discussed the various issues. She offered a range of suggestions while considering our budget and trying to stay true to our overall vision. Thank you!!

Loraine was exceptional. She immediately diagnosed my purple leaf plums infestation as Black Knott - something that was not treatable due to how much the disease progressed. She spent time explaining and recommending alternatives once the tree is removed. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for an experienced arborist with great service skills.

Lorianne came immediately to check out our trees. She spent as much time as needed to give thorough inspections and her knowledge blows us away. She has vast knowledge of every species and gave us confidence in her solutions and services. We are absolutely thrilled with Save a Tree and feel that we found the perfect arborists !!!!

Justin, Lewis, and Paul really did a great job trimming our trees so they would be healthy for the future. They cleaned up all the debris and left everything pristine. This is the fourth time we have used the services of SavATree and we would recommend them highly to anyone.

Top to bottom great experience. I’ve gotten many consultations concerning my trees and landscape but savatree was the best. The arborist Shane was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to do a thorough consultation. Many companies have tried to get us to take down our old oak but Shane took the time to do a follow up consult and measured how much of a risk the tree is and has suggested that with corrective pruning and proper nutrition we can keep our prized tree!

I have been extremely happy with the professionalism of this company. Jamie, who has been the tech who visits to treat my arborvitae, always greets me with a pleasant disposition. Although I know it is not the norm, having the same face greet me at the door is comforting. I hope to continue seeing her and look forward to working with this company for many years to come.

We have been using SavATree for years and our lawn and shrubs have never looked better. Neighbors have said we have a golf course lawn. Arborist Lorianne came out to see how everything was and to address any concerns we might have. All was good. Services were always on time and carefully done as not to interfere with my garden in the summer. Terrific Company.
