Zachary kindly used my bathroom and left it tidy and clean. He even took care of a loose knob on one of the valves in the attic. During this, he accidentally got a small cut on his arm. But he was so diligent and professional that even while showing me a picture of the work done, he managed to keep everything clean. There wasn't any mess to clean up. It was a sanitary and professional air duct cleaning service in Norwood that I appreciate.

Zachary took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which led us to decide to replace both units. The installation team from S.T. To say they were filthy would be an understatement, but Dale was fantastic throughout the entire procedure! He kept us in the loop about everything that needed to be done and explained the reasons in a way that was easy to understand. Dale was incredibly considerate of my working from home situation. He's personable, knowledgeable, punctual, and gives you the impression that he truly cares! We ended up spending more than we had initially planned, but this was mainly because we weren't fully aware of all the issues until Dale enlightened us. zachary came to my home in norwood and cleaned the air ducts and vents. he did a great job with everything, and even gave some helpful recommendations. the price was affordable and he was very professional and responsive. i will definitely use this service again and highly recommend!

i get my air ducts and dryer vents cleaned every couple of years. this is the third time i've used this service. the team is always on time and very professional. they always do a great job cleaning the vents. even though there isn't a senior citizen discount, i will still use them again. their workers, like roger, are the best.

I tried to clean my air ducts myself and a piece of the kit got stuck inside the vent. Roger was really helpful and gave me some advice on how to get it out on my own. I felt confident I picked the right company and asked him to come over that day. He showed up the same day and was able to remove the stuck parts quickly. Great service and fast response!

The air ducts in my parents' house hadn't been cleaned in ages, so we decided to get it done. The service was very professional, and they even added a fresh scent to the vents, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing their air ducts cleaned!

i am really happy with the air duct cleaning service. camden showed up right on time and was very polite and explained everything clearly about the cleaning process. the price was fair for how skilled and professional he was. my dryer vent and air ducts really needed cleaning, so i wasn’t surprised when camden showed me all the dust and lint that had built up. he was super helpful and didn’t judge at all. having a clogged vent is a big fire risk, so i’m glad it’s all taken care of by s.t. air duct cleaning.

The team was fantastic and managed to fit us in on very short notice. We decided to replace our old appliances, which were over 20 years old. After buying new units and confirming the installation date, we realized it was a good idea to have the air ducts cleaned since the old dryer had been in place for so long. My wife reached out to them over the weekend, explaining that we would have the new appliances the following week and that I had dental surgery scheduled soon. Our timeframe was quite tight. The team reached out via text since I couldn't speak due to my surgery. They got everything organized and sent over their crew. The workers were friendly and professional. They completed the air duct cleaning quickly, so there were no issues with installing the new appliances. Thanks to the team for accommodating us on such short notice!

I hadn’t cleaned my air ducts in nearly 5 years and didn't realize how important it was. Dale came in and showed me before and after photos, which were really impressive. I had contacted another company before, and they gave me an estimate that was much higher than what they advertised. However, with this service, they charged me the price they quoted over the phone. I highly recommend their air duct cleaning!
