Please choose another paving company!! After paving my driveway, the bottom of the driveway started breaking up. Tom Rose (Rose Paving, Nutley, NJ) agreed to repave the bottom portion of the driveway and was to seal the driveway so that the two section blended in. After repaving was complete he never came back to seal the seam and provide the topcoat as promised. He now refuses to respond to phone calls, messages, etc. Find yourself a paving company you can trust. I have been following up on this for months and have been mislead again and again. Even the company who was supposed to complete the sealing process for him says he will not return their calls. There are plenty of other contractors out there that will honor their word. I am still waiting for Tom to respond to various phone calls, messages, texts. etc.

May 3, 2017: WARNING...I strongly recommend that you consider a paving company other than Rose Paving, 27 Roma St, Nutley, New Jersey. Tom Rose, owner and operator of Rose Paving, Nutley NJ. Is a professional shammer, operating a sham paving company. Tom Rose started a contracted work agreement for patio paver, concreate side walk replacement and asphalt paving repair. Rose Paving started excavation with unskilled workers that required constant supervision. Tom Rose is unreliable and incompetent, he completed less than 15 percent of the job, he made a complete mess of the work area, also created and left a safety hazard. Tom Rose did not return my calls after receiving the initial deposit, a constant no show. His work is substandard!! Don't be fooled, if you select Tom Rose Paving for your next job, you are highly likely to recover your deposit in court.
