Potter Brothers Plumbing

We called to ask about drain field rejuvenation, and the whole plumbing process was smooth from the start. When I first spoke with Cameron, they were very helpful and explained the service clearly. When I called back to schedule the consultation, Malachi handled everything in a polite and efficient way and was able to set up a technician visit for the next day. The technician, Cameron, was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable about septic and drain field work. He took the time to explain how the rejuvenation service works, what to expect, and that results can vary depending on the condition of the system. I really appreciated the clear communication and straightforward advice. That kind of honesty matters a lot when dealing with an important plumbing issue. Cameron also said he would do his best to return for the actual drain field rejuvenation service, and he did. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and handled the job with care and professionalism. They made a stressful septic and drainage situation feel much easier to manage. I have nothing but positive things to say about the team. They were courteous, skilled, and easy to work with from the first phone call to the completed service. I would gladly recommend them for drain field rejuvenation, septic service, and other plumbing needs. The military discount was also a nice extra.

malachi, cameron and their team are the best. Potter Brothers Plumbing was great to work with from the first call. they were responsive, efficient, easy to talk to, and really knew plumbing and heating work. I had reached out to a few other plumbers and never heard back, but with one call they were able to look at the job the same day and explain everything in simple terms. As a new homeowner in Nutley, that gave me a lot of peace of mind. The house is older, and i quickly learned it had a lot of messy plumbing problems. The pipes were worn out, some drain lines were the wrong size, several traps were missing or installed the wrong way, and parts of the system were not draining like they should. They checked the full setup, found the root of the problems, and redid the plumbing system the right way. While on site, they also noticed both bathroom sinks had issues and repaired those completely too. what i appreciated most was their experience, problem-solving, and attention to detail. they took the time to do clean, solid work and made sure everything was flowing properly before finishing. the wait for the scheduled work was reasonable, and once the job started, it was handled professionally. i am very grateful for their help and will absolutely call them again for future plumbing and heating needs.

Outstanding experience with Potter Brothers Plumbing. The staff was very professional, helpful, and quick to answer my questions. Malachi and Cameron made scheduling easy and went above and beyond to arrange a plumber for a tub drain upgrade. Cameron also called to go over the details and estimate, and the technician arrived the next day fully prepared. The plumbing work was completed smoothly, the quality was excellent, and everything was explained clearly along the way. I really appreciated the skill, care, and respectful service in my home. The whole process was easy and well organized, and the results were even better than I expected. I highly recommend them for any plumbing service.
