These guys were great. Were at my house in under 10 minutes and had the toilet fixed in under half an hour. They were very nice, personable, and professional. Will absolutely hire this company again with any future plumbing needs.

My main drain line clogged on Labor Day weekend. I couldn't run any water for fear that it would back up into the basement rec room. My call was returned the next morning (Labor day) and Frank was down in an hour. He was very courteous and. professional. He cleaned up everything and made sure everything was clear.

Windheim Plumbing has THE BEST customer service and awesome technicians. In any emergency, they will be there for you right away. They explain everything to you, they don't rush to the easy solution, they double check their work, sending out the boss if necessary. I have never been disappointed in their work or their professionalism. I just sold and bought a house and they were there to solve every issue along the way. Can't thank them enough!

Have used Windheim for a few years now. My go-to… general faucet/plumbing repairs to new toilet install and utility sink/new pipes & fixtures. Always professional from start to finish and clean up. We have been working with Windheim for many years. Recently we had two different faucet problems. Jordan came out for the first problem and because of his plumbing expertise, when the second problem came about, I specifically asked for Jordon. He again did a great job!

Frank was absolutely incredible. He was very courteous and treated my elderly mother very respectful He is very knowledgeable in his craft and was able to diagnose our issue quickly and make the repairs. Kevin w/Windham came over to help us with reviewing an issue with foul tasting water from our refrigerator. He was very helpful while explaining all the possible reasons to what could be causing it. Thankfully, we were able to deduct that the problem is from the fridge itself, not from the water line . Problem is not solved but we are one stop closer. Thank you for your time and help. We really appreciate it!

Top of 9 year old water heater was leaking for some time, but got worse over the weekend. Called on Saturday for an appointment on Monday. Office called at 8 am to confirm an 8:15 appt. Frank and Hector assessed the situation and gave me the bad news. Quoted a fair price and had the new water heater installed in less than 90 minutes. Both were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Would recommend them and the company highly.

We have lived in Nutley for 40+ years and have been a customer of Windheim for most of those years! Whenever we called for a repair, they were always courteous and most helpful. Through the years their plumbers have replaced hot water heaters, sump pumps, leaking faucets and came to our rescue unclogging our pipes! Emergencies were tended to asap and other tasks were scheduled at our convenience! The plumbers arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, work diligently and cleaned up when the job was completed.

Called Windheim for a faucet issue that we have had for months. They came out a few hours later. Kevin was excellent and knew what he was doing. Problem fixed and done. Thank you. Would recommend.

Great experience with Windheim. Was able to quickly schedule an appointment for them to look at my steam boiler which was not firing. They came out right away, quickly diagnosed the problem and it was fixed within an hour. Would recommend.

I emailed Windheim with a small plumbing problem on Friday afternoon. They answered my message within the hour and met my schedule needs, arranging an appointment for a few days later. Keith was great - he called ahead of time to confirm as promised, showed up on time, and was proficient and professional. Our problem was quickly fixed and Keith was on his way less than 90 minutes later. I highly recommend Tom and his team at Windheim for any plumbing needs!

Windheim Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use going forward. Frank and Jason were responsive, professional and great to work with. Prices are very fair and also provided great recommendations for a GC to do additional work at my house

EDIT: It’s been over a year since I’ve needed a plumbing repair, but it’s Windheim to the rescue again. One week it was a leaky shower faucet, the next week a clogged kitchen sink. Kevin was sent over for the faucet and I requested him again for the kitchen sink. My sink happened to be a bit of a complex issue and it was resolved with the input of Tom and another plumber all together (if you have an old houses, you know how it can be). I couldn’t have asked for more from a company. I’ll ask for Kevin again and again as he is a good listener, thinks clearly and thoroughly through the problem, is very methodical, and cleaned everything up. He made sure you knew what was going on, how much it would cost, etc.

EDIT: Steve came to the house to handle a separate issue several weeks after the call below. I have to say he explained what was going on so well that it has me understanding so much more about my house! I am thankful for this and is proposed solutions! I'll certainly ask for Steve again.

Two younger men left my house just now having solved the problem clog in my upstairs bathroom sink. The clog was in a challenging location in the drainage system of my house, and their problem solving was thoughtful and thorough. I was informed on everything and their clean up was superb! Super professional! I'm so impressed!

Also, I'm the person who has people take their shoes off. They were so accommodating. I'm also that person who asks questions at the end about what products they like to use to clean up after a greasy backed up sink. I'm sometimes chatty. They were very patient with a customer like me and I truly appreciate it.

found we had a broken water heater flooding our basement. Called Windheim Plumbing and they came in less than 20 minutes. Keith was our plumber and was knowledgeable and very nice. He was able to get the water heater we needed and replace it with no troubles. He did a great job...so happy with the service.

Tom and Windheim Plumbing get 5 plus stars!! We are having a lot of work done currently at our home by various contractors and Windheim is by far our favorite contractor to deal with. They respond to calls promptly, show up when they say they will (on time!), efficiently get the job done and clean up after themselves. They helped guide us through town inspections and took care of any additional details necessary to pass successfully! My husband and I would highly recommend this company for your next and all plumbing needs!!

My husband and I have been using Windheim Plumbing & Heating for nine years and have been extremely satisfied. The staff is courteous and professional. The plumbers are very good about cleaning up after they have completed a job. I presently had an issue with my faucet and I contacted the office yesterday and was immediately provided with a service date for the following day. Ruben came addressed the issue and immediately was able to resolve the problem. He is one of the plumbers that I have dealt with over the course of the years. Marco and James did an excellent job with a small but complicate job of re routing a water supply line for an outdoor faucet. They were on time for the appointment and quick to do the work. Best of all, they came the day after we called asking for the appointment. I’ve always found Windheim to be an excellent provider.
