Great guys. My kid had thrown a toy in the toilet and i called a friend of mine with a snake. His snake broke and the water would not go down so i had to call plumbers. These guys were recommended by a friend and i was able to speak directly to the Owner Drilon. They came on the time promised. Removed the toilet in full, fixed the issue in a timely matter. Left my bathroom nice and clean like they never been there.
Ps- the Toy was a little car and i had to throw it in garbage.

I called D&B Plumbing to replace a very old gas heater hanging from the ceiling of my retail store. The installation was clean & quick. The heater works beautifully. They cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping my floor! All garbage was hauled away. I was given a fair price with a very fast delivery. I will definitely use these talented plumbers again should the need arise.

Outrageously overcharged for a simple plugged sink. Over $300 for a 20 minute visit. When the technition arrived, I met him at his truck. I asked why he wasn’t bringing in his tools and he replied that he must first “survey” the sink; he then took some pictures; and then said the cost would be over $300. I said that was a total ripoff but it was Friday afternoon and there was no other option. He then went back to the truck to get his snake and cleared the drain in a few minutes. I would never use this company again. I was taken advantage of in the most exploitative manner. The company should be embarrassed but I know there is no sense of embarrassment or shame.

I hired these guys to work in my new bathroom addition that we made and i had called 3 companies for estimate and i am very happy with the decision we have made.
Guys were on time since day one, Fast and very professional.

HE KNeW WHAT HE WANTED TO DO BUT STILL DIDN'T EVEN ORDER THE PART FOR 2.5 WEEKS. After calling and being willing to pay after hour repair rates to fix my heating. He says he will try the board to not have to rebuild the entire unit. I said great let me know I was contacting regularly to see what the status was. After 2 AND A HALF WEEKS he hadn't ordered the part. He finally says he'll order and let me know price and timeline, he never responded 24 hrs later (I was not expecting anything to happen over weekends, this was all business days). So I sent him a text so I fired him. He may have just cost me the sale of the house, and he knows that was what I needed the repair for.

We hired this company for a oil conversion which required a new boiler. They are fairly priced and very responsive. A few days after the job was done, there was an issue with the heating. It was a Sunday evening when I called the company and they came to fix the problem within an hour! I will hire them again for other matters.

This man is a lifesaver! In the middle of the in-laws being in town I call for service to be done to my guest bathroom which I was postponing. He does everything I expected and more! He showed early to get himself ready for the job of the day and goes above and beyond to ensure I am happy with the outcome. 15/10 stars. He’s a true professional and understands our needs for our home. Would recommend to all my friends and family for his services!

We can finally take a shower!!!!
We had an issue with the upstairs bathroom where there was no water pressure in the shower. I was so frustrated with a previous plumber from Angi, who made the situation worse, that I thought the situation was hopeless. But then I came across DB Plumbing & Heating on Google. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. BEST DECISION EVER! Drillon was courteous and professional on the phone. He and his team member came and quickly assessed the situation --- it wasn't a cartridge issue after all. The thousand-year old pipe in the wall needed to be replaced. I thought they'd have to break through the shower tile to get to the pipe. But no, they were able to access the pipe through the bedroom closet by making a small square hole. He just knew EXACTLY what to do! As they were working, they explained the situation and kept me in the loop. The cost was FAIR. The work was QUICK. The shower and faucet are 100% restored! Can be relied on when you have an emergency
repair that needs fixing immediately. Professional and gets the job done. I first used this company when my boiler broke last November 2020. There fees are reasonable. Because of the good service I have also used them to install a fan exhaust in my bathroom where there wasn't an exhaust before, and most recently fix a leak in my basement bathroom for which they had to perform plumbing and install new piping for my bathroom faucet. I highly recommend this company to anyone who may have doubts about using their service you would not regret it.

Had an issue with my dishwasher. Drilon responded to my call and set appointment to come the same day. He fixed it spent over an hour making sure it was in place. Cleaned up afterwards. A true professional! The next day came back as the problem persisted. Took his time way into the evening to adjust it and make certain the problem was corrected. Absolutely wonderful service. The following week had another issue with a broken pipe. Drillon answered my text immediately set a time to fix it in the early am the following day before he began his own jobs already scheduled that day. Can’t say enough about his quick response, doesn’t leave till it’s fixed. Fair and reasonable priced. Will definitely use him again. Lovely man and great company service!!!

A particularly disruptive incident occurred one fateful Monday morning when a swarm of personnel barged in to remove old radiators from various apartments. The end result? Not only did they utterly fail to complete the task on time, but they also managed to inflict extensive damage to my apartment floor due to their careless handling of the equipment.

As if their mishandling of time wasn't infuriating enough, their unprofessional communication further intensified my frustration. When attempting to ascertain the progress of their work, I was met with a shocking level of hostility and impatience. Their responses were dripping with disdain, attributing their delays and issues to being overworked, under-staffed, and inadequately compensated. While I can empathize with their challenges, it's an unforgivable transgression to unleash their frustrations onto paying customers seeking transparency.

The dire state of their work environment is further evident in their negligence towards cleanliness and hygiene. After drilling holes in the wall, the sheer disregard for cleaning up the ensuing mess was utterly astonishing. Leaving debris and shavings scattered around is not just a minor oversight; it's a testament to their lack of professionalism and utter disregard for the customer experience.

In conclusion, my experience with DB Plumbing & Heating has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their abysmal time management, appalling efficiency, unprofessional communication, disregard for cleanliness, and gross incompetence have left an indelible mark of disappointment and frustration. I implore anyone in search of plumbing and heating services to look elsewhere, for the sake of your sanity and the integrity of your property.
This company is a textbook example of how not to run a business, and I emphatically advise against engaging their services under any circumstances.

Called DB Plumbing and Heating for a boiler repair. Very responsive. They were able to meet me that same afternoon. They took care of the problem and the fee was reasonable. Will definitely be using this company for all future issues and annual maintenance.

DB plumbing and heating were amazing. I called them with a steam pipe that broke and within a few days, they were available to make the proper repairs. While doing so, there were other areas of the steam pipes to furnace that needed repair/replaced. They were more then able and willing to fix it. They cleaned up. I would recommend them and call them again if need be.

I can say that we've checked the boxes for all of the above.

We used DB Plumbing for a leak that was coming through our ceiling between the 1st and 2nd floor. I will say that we did need more than just a plumber as we wanted the complete job of removing the ceiling, fix the plumbing, replace drywall and paint.

Responsive:
We had contacted Drilon early on Jan 7th, and he was at our house later that afternoon. We discussed the work that needed to be done, then scheduled the work to begin Friday the 13th at 8am

Value:
After going through several plumbers and contractors, they Were all pretty much around the same ballpark. Out of the 3 we spoke with, it's fair to say he landed in the middle.

Timely:
Drilon and team showed up exactly 8 am and began their work. They completed the work in one full day as expected. No delays.

Quality:
As a homeowner, this is probably the most important. No one wants to ever deal with hired work that did not meet expectations. They identified the leak and replaced the PVC piping. They cleaned up afterward and explained the work that was done.

We did like the fact that they left the ceiling open (we agreed on this) for several days just to make sure the leak was fixed. The next day there was a very minor leak, literally a few drops. We contacted Drilon and he returned the next day to repair the issue. We ran water for a while and all leaks were gone.

After several days, we were confident the repairs were complete, so Drilon sent his contractor to our home to replace the ceiling and finalize painting. We are very happy with all of the work done. It is as if nothing had ever occurred. They put up new dry wall, spackled, and painted in roughly 7 hours.

If you are on the fence about hiring a plumber, I will say this, you are doing an injustice if you don't at least contact and speak with him as one of your bids. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely be calling them again should another issue arise.

The owner came right on time, to observe and photograph exactly what I needed. His plumbers came later and worked carefully, neatly, professionally ~ I could go on and on describing their expertise. Just got a few things done by DB. I must say, I will use them again in the future. Seamless process. I was under a crazy time line and they accomodated my schedule. Arrived on time, came at my earliest convenience, fixed my few issues around my house and were on their way. I’d like to add that the employees and the boss were very professional and knowledgable. They explained the issues to me thoroughly and let me choose my options from their forward. The guys worked very efficiently and took care of my house. Laid down protective covers on floors before laying their tools out. Thanks DB!
