We had a fantastic experience with Prestige Air Heating & Cooling, from initial estimates to final installation. All four companies we contacted were comparable in price, but Prestige offered better equipment and went above and beyond to secure our business.

Their sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure to sell. The office staff were efficient and professional throughout the process, from scheduling to payment.

What really impressed me was the personal touch - when we completed the work, the owner and sales representative stopped by to check on us and thank us for our business with a generous gift that exceeded my expectations. After 25 years of home ownership, this experience stands out as one of the best I've ever had with a contractor.

Four months into our new minisplits installed by another HVAC company, they suddenly stopped working. We called Prestige, and they arrived on schedule. The technician diagnosed the issue the same day and scheduled a follow-up visit for the necessary parts.

On the next visit, three technicians showed up, including Neil, who warned Eric and Elliot about the tar sealant on our roof and to be careful not to track it into the house.

Prestige's service has been top-notch. They arrived on time and at the agreed price. The problem was fixed efficiently, and their attention to detail is impressive. What sets them apart is that they genuinely care about homeowners' properties - something we don't often see in contractors.

We've tried multiple HVAC companies before Prestige, including some with excellent reputations, but none delivered on basic tasks like cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, most left damage or didn't show up at all. The minisplits were a mess due to mold buildup.

Ahmad's initial visit was exemplary - he showed up promptly, worked beyond his scheduled hours, and did an outstanding job with the installation. While we can't recommend every contractor on our list, Prestige is definitely worth considering.

We hired Prestige last August and every person we met, from the owner to the estimator and admin team, impressed us with their professionalism and friendliness. The installation of Mitsubishi mini splits in our Jersey City home went smoothly, thanks to a great team - the units are working well this summer. We're already planning our next project with Prestige; they've earned our loyalty.
