I can’t say enough good things about the Armstrong crew. They show up on time and are quick, professional, and efficient. I’ve had two trees removed by them this year, and both experiences were outstanding. They communicated in advance, let me know exactly when they were coming, arrived as promised, and executed the job flawlessly, leaving no mess behind. Truly top‑notch service from start to finish.

We contacted Armstrong Tree Service to remove a suspended tree and the surrounding brush including a large thicket of thorny vines. We got a fair quote and scheduled through the office. Armstrong arrived early, worked professionally, and got the job done in about 2.5 hours. We were impressed with service. Multiple trees removed via crane, stumps grounded down, and full debris removal. They also large metal sheets to protect the lawn from the heavy vehicles. Overall, we highly recommend Armstrong.

They were too busy to come and give me an estimate told me that they were going to get to my area in a week later and they would contact me when they're in my area don't bother them

They took my neighbors tree, she's 80 years young and they didn't level ground after grinding stump. She called to see if they would come and level. We'd have to charge you, seriously??

Haven't done work yet but bid was great and seem to have equipment that will not require me to remove fences,large branches from other trees.

I did wait a while for them as weather kept pushing me further behind, however, when they showed up they were quick, professional and cleaned up all debris. In addition, their prices are reasonable. Sorry others who reviewed didn’t have the same positive experience.

Armstrong showed up right on time. They removed 2 huge full size trees and ground 3 stumps. The whole job was completed in one hour and cleaned up like nothing ever happened. They were extremely professional and efficient. Their price was also very honest and fair! I can’t recommend them enough!

I called to get estimate to prune trees at my home. They came on November 17th and gave me estimate. Said it could be 2-3 weeks. Next day I called to accept estimate in the morning. Woman said ok about 3 weeks and would absolutely not commit to a time or day but said in the time frame of 3 weeks. I still agreed. I waited a little over 3 weeks and heard nothing. I called 5 or 6 times and left messages over a series of a week and a half asking to please just return my call and let me know anything. Not a single call back. Here we are 5 weeks later and still nothing. I called Accurate Tree Service and not only did they call me back promptly, they came and gave estimate quickly as well. They even matched the estimate Armstrong gave me. They told me they’d do the work within a week and showed exactly when they said they would. Communication was excellent. Work was neat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ARMSTRONG. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and just couldn’t care to have your business. I wasted 5 weeks of my time when these trees had branches falling on my roof and yard. I would absolutely not reccomend to anyone. Thumbs down. A simple call back would have been so appreciated. Bad customer service. Call Accurate tree service. I couldn’t post review unless I checked off at least one star. However I wouldn’t even give them one. Not even half of one.

They were clear from the start, that they were a busy and backed up with work. However because they're prices were reasonable we decided to wait. Let me tell you, the wait was well worth it. Armstrong Tree Service was professional, quick and thorough. I am very pleased with the company and plan to have them come back in the near future for more work. I will definitely recommend them! I have used Armstrong Tree Service 4 or 5 times and I highly recommend them. Gene the owner is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He uses a large crew that is respectful to your property. I have found their pricing to be very reasonable. Qualified , prompt, professional and reasonable sums up Armstrong Tree!

Very professional ...always returned my calls and gave me a timeline for when the work would be done (unlike other local companies that left me hanging for months). Work was done quickly and the area was left spotless. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Armstrong!

Yea...I'm betting that the last reviewer that gave them 5 stars was the owner. So here is one from an actual client (well, almost). My experience was quite the opposite. They are horrible. I called in the summer and they gave me a quote to remove a tree. Then, after accepting the quote, I was told I'd have to wait until after the summer (I called in June 2018). I waited and called back several times after the summer until they finally called me back weeks later. They then said they would call me back to schedule the removal for the agreed upon price. Its been weeks and I have not heard a word, even after calling several times. I'm moving on to another company. As should anyone who reads this.
