Constraction reviews in Old Bridge, New Jersey

Overall a great experience! Installed 4 recessed lights in our formal loving room as well as updated the recessed lights in our master bedroom to LEDs. Everything looks great.

I've never had to try so hard to give someone business. Their prices seemed like they were going to be fair, but their customer service was too poor for me to even book an appointment. No calls, or texts back. I tried to book an appointment at least 5 times. Impossible work with.

Professional , highly skilled , courteous and friendly service. We have used Electric Power Inc. for many years , and look forward to doing business with Joe Caruso and his crew in the future. I recommend this company if you are looking for knowledgeable , top quality electricians. Thanks Joe

Very responsive, professional , and the quality of the work is excellent!!! I would highly recommend them. Each job is performed as of they are working on thier own house , which matters alot from an aesthetic perspective

Joe was great, responded right away. His team came in, did a great job. Very nice, very professional. Good to have him nearby, I will use Electric Power again

Joe and his team installed all the wiring for my split air conditioning unit. Extremely neat and clean work. Everything was explained in detail. if you're looking for an electrician, Electric Power is the one to call.

As a real estate professional I am always on the hunt for great service providers to refer to my clients. I was referred Electric Power by a fellow real estate agent and I am so thankful I was. When I called the owner he was quick to respond and come by to give me an estimate. You can tell right off the bat he is a straight shooter and doesn't try to upsell. Electric Power beat the two other quotes I received by a landslide. The gentlemen who came to the house to do the electrical work were professional, kind and willing to make last minute changes per my request. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND Electric Power to all of my future clients when needing electrical work. They are honest, reliable and REAL which is hard to find these days - and that's coming from a real estate agent!! Thank you again!!

It was a pleasure working with Joe and his crew. Everything was done to perfection and we highly recommend Joe if you need work done in your home. Couldn't be more pleased and satisfied!

Our kitchen circuit breaker tripped a lot when multiple appliances were on together. Request was sent through home advisor on Sunday, Joe was the first one to contact me via both email and text early Monday morning. Free estimate was scheduled immediately on Monday. And free estimate means " really free". No dispatch fee like another company. Very impressive on the efficiency of this company. At the beginning we though an upgrade on the panel may solve the problem (We don't really know much about electricity). But the crew member Hojia (?not sure about his name spelling, sorry) pointed out to me that we don't really need panel upgrade. Installation of new dedicated circuits will solve the problem. He also provided a lot of professional advice and together we found out the best plan to add three circuits without breaking the ceiling. Now I had very nice second impression on this company. The estimates came right after Monday. I didn't check with other companies for the rates. But later my friend told me, their price is really competitive. Their service is very professional. They had to go in the crawlspace to install the circuits but they did an excellent job and cleaned up everything after done. I am so happy to find this reliable company. I will recommend it all my friends who have struggled to find a trustworthy electrician. Thank you, Joe. Thank all your crews Hojia and Dan. Please forgive me if I didn't spell it right.

We hired Electric Power to install ceiling fans in all of our bedrooms in our new home. The house never had any overhead lighting in any bedroom before - Joe and his team did an amazing job getting them installed. Reasonably priced and very professional. Thank you!

What can I say…..hands down best electric company around. Joe, Jose and the crew are simply amazing, patient, professional, prompt, responsive to text and emails and provide superior quality work with fair and reasonable pricing. Very highly recommended.

I used Electric Power to prepare my home for sale. Joe and his team inspected and recommended needed upgrades, did all the repairs and made improvements. The price was fair, the work was good and they were a pleasure to work with. Honest contractors for a change!!!

Joe and Jose were fantastic and did a great job upgrading our electrical amperage. Always responsive and on time. From day one, always responded to texts and went the extra mile to help solve any issues encountered with a very old electrical panel. Highly recommend for any electrical service.

Joe and his staff were such a pleasure to deal with. I called needing an outdoor motion detector replaced and they came the same day. They did a great job quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

The job (they installed a transfer switch) took a while to set up. They were busy, I get that. These days its so hard to get people to work. But, they showed up on time for the estimate and for the job which was wonderful. The two people that did the job were awesome. They made sure everything was safe and in good working order. I don't know what the "going price" is for this work so I can't say if this was in line. A bit more than the other estimate, but I felt like these folks knew what they were doing more than the other fellow. Plus, everything is expensive these days. Overall, very satisfied with the work.

This is our second experience with Joe. We have been completely satisfied with his work. Excellent work at a fair price. Our outside post light had not worked in years. Joe and team ran a new trench, rewired the post, and we have light! While he was at it, he also replaced one of our ceiling fans. We would use him again.

I found them on home advisor. Joe responded quickly and provided estimate in a timely manner.
They did a great job. Quickly and efficiently. They protected the floors and furniture and cleaned up at the end of the day. That is very important to me so I was very happy. The job was completed within the time frame that was promised. Will definitely recommend them. Thank you Joe!

I have been using Electric Power for a few years for both my mother's and my house. Joe Caruso has always been professional, honest, keeps scheduled appointments, and does a great job. Recently two of his technicians came to do a job, with Joe keeping contact with me as far as their arrival time. They were professional, knowledgeable, clean, courteous and did a great job installing a ceiling fan. Price was very competitive (Joe even checked with me prior to the job to ensure that the fan I purchased was considered good quality versus cheap knock-offs). I am very happy with Electric Power and plan to use them for all my future needs.

Saved my entire week! We had a storm come through that took out power on my entire street as well as ripping the power lines right off my house. Think power wires laying on the street among lots of tree limbs. Joe came over very late at night to put it back on my house hours before JCP&L restored power. He was professional and did an excellent job. Thank you!
No other electrician would come over in a rush, many didn't even call me back. If not for him I would not be writing this because I would be waiting days for JCP&L to reconnect my power after another electrician bothered to come over and fix my lines.

Joe and his team were fantastic! They responded quickly to my electrical issue and were able to resolve it in a timely manner. The cost of the repair was very reasonable, and I felt they were upfront and honest about the work that needed to be done. The electricians who came to my home were courteous, professional, and respectful. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work. Joe also provided an estimate for a generator super quickly.

Very quick to answer, professional and outstanding work. Amazing quality work at a reasonable price. In the middle of an emergency, they were at my house within an hour to fix the problem. And I must say it was a big problem. I would definitely use them again and recommend to everyone. Nice job! Thank you soooo much for your quick service. My family and I truly appreciate you.
