House Cleaning reviews in Old Tappan, New Jersey

Great service 👍

I received first class service from Y. Moore Rug Cleaner Donald Dixon

I would recommend the gentlemen from Y.. Moore Rug Cleaner who did a great job in helping me to move my things and who cleaned my carpet for me.. They are very helpful!

The Office and cleaner never communicated and the cleaner is always late. The job cost changed from the quote and I paid 70 dollars above the quote. Very unreliable and work was sloppy and very unprofessional NEVER USE THEM -better to pay 100 Dolalrs more and get a better service. RUN AWAY.

Great experience overall.

Professional and careful with furniture.

It was so nice to work with people who understand and help you with their expertise.
I'm so happy every time I ask assistance from Y. Moore Rug Cleaner. They give quality service that's so hard to find and I'm so thankful I got to work with them. Thanks a lot for the great service and reasonable price!

No chemical smells and all so I believe the "green" bit. They used a huge portable unit as we are on the 7th floor. Very fast. Dining and living combo done in 50 minutes at a very reasonable cost. Would and will use again. Y. Moore Rug Cleaner - Thanks a lot !

We worked with the Y. Moore Rug Cleaner on our rugs that had never been cleaned in years that we had them. The entire experience was very professional, fast, and their work immaculate. Thank you so much Y. Moore Rug Cleaner

Great results and friendly staff.

Easy scheduling and on-time arrival.

Guaranteed to see results! Couldn't be happier! Y. Moore Rug Cleaner was quick, efficient, friendly, and most importantly did an excellent job on our carpet which I had thought was beyond saving. Our carpet also dried within a day. Will be using again! !

My home feels cleaner and fresher.

Professional carpet cleaners who know their job.

The 5 star review is of their own creation - read them! I was stuck today as my other rug cleaning service had booked me on the wrong day so I called Y Moore. Be warned, this is a BAIT & SWITCH operation. Absolutely everything was higher than quoted on the phone with a lot of upselling and renegotiating involved. Second issue, the job was outsourced to a different company - I didn't even know until I had to write the cheque. The job was fine, but the business is dishonest as evidenced by the fake reviews and the false pricing.

The team worked very hard and carefully.

Very reliable and professional. Will hire again.

My carpets look fresh and brand new.

My house smells amazing after cleaning.

They deep cleaned every corner of the carpet perfectly.

They handled delicate areas with great care.
