Looking for PERFECTION and PROFESSIONALISM?

LT Construction LLC is a one-stop construction essential for building projects.

This company does a fantastic job in providing high-quality craftsmanship, clear communication for work efforts needed and staying on schedule/budget. I was very happy with them for the work they did. I had performed an intense review of various construction companies and LT Construction LLC came out on the top.

From the tear-down to the final details (keeping the site tidy), LT Construction LLC was amazing. The person onsite was also very proactive in addressing all my questions (which was many).

They are professional, always ready to help and friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure they identified upfront all work needed and they delivered excellent service. I feel that their goal is to always treat their customers with respect and reliability with a priority for showing that they care about their customers.

It's stressful living through a remodel, but they made it easy.

I highly recommend them.

Again, I recommend this construction company (LT Construction LLC)!

Great experience with this construction company. Professional team, quality work, and the project was completed on time. Highly recommend!

Best work. Most be the work ethic.

The best roofing company

Im so impressed with his services specifically for roofing and chimneys ......

Very professional responds right away! I called to have to have my roof replaced and he also rebuilt my old chimney! Fair prices and amazing service definitely recommend!!!

I hired LT Construction for masonry work. The masonry worked looks good, however my bilco doors were damaged during the work. I had to hire a separate company to make repairs. I contacted Elton and he made it right.

Elton contacted us right away. He gave us an estimate to repair our front stoop which he repaired in a day. We were so happy that we asked him to remove the stone from the front of our house and install new vinyl siding. He arranged for us to get new gutters and leaf screens.
We asked for new window trim, replacing our roof exhaust fan, and repairs to our chimney. LT Construction was fabulous.
We will hire them again when we are going to update our back patio.
Elton is extremely hard working and dependable.

It has always been. pleasure to work with John Petrocelli and his team, this is the third construction job we do with them.
Highly recomended!

JPC is just a terrific company all the way around. They were great to work with and the quality of their work is top notch. Every single person we dealt with from the company went out of their way to make everything smooth and easy. We could not have been happier and would highly recommend them. We will use them again in a heartbeat if we do another project.

I recently had the pleasure of working with John Petrocelli Construction on a major home renovation project, and I can't express how thrilled I am with the results. From start to finish, their team exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

First and foremost, their communication was outstanding. They took the time to listen to my ideas and vision for the project, and their expertise and guidance were invaluable in refining and enhancing my initial plans. Throughout the entire process, they kept me well-informed, providing regular updates and promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had.

The quality of their workmanship is truly top-notch. Every detail was meticulously executed, and it's evident that they take great pride in their craft. The finished project not only meets but far exceeds the highest industry standards. It's not just a house; it's a work of art.

Very trustful company

Perfectlt finished job counted 100.

I had my deck renovated by Homely Renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, they were incredibly detailed and helpful over the phone, explaining everything clearly and making the whole process easy to understand. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to others.
Most importantly, I absolutely love my newly renovated deck. They brought my vision to life exactly the way I wanted, and the final result exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail.
I will definitely be using them again for any future home renovations. Highly recommend!
