Reviews of local pros in Palmyra, New Jersey

Douglas and his crew were on time and professional. They completed the job in one day we had four trees removed and trimmed. I obtained multiple quotes and his pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I recently hired Rock Solid Tree Service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work! From start to finish, they provided top-notch service, demonstrating professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Their team arrived on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work. They carefully assessed the trees that needed attention and executed the job safely and skillfully, ensuring no damage to surrounding property. Whether it was tree removal, trimming, or cleanup, they handled everything flawlessly.

What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They took the time to answer my questions, provided expert recommendations, and left my property looking better than ever—clean, neat, and well-maintained. While settling payment with Joel, we found a hidden root and they graciously took care of it to ensure we were fully satisfied.

If you need a reliable, knowledgeable, and courteous tree service company, I highly recommend Rock Solid Tree Service. They truly live up to their name!

Thank you so so much guys for your great job you did at my house. It is very impressive. I'm very very happy with the results. My yard is very beautiful now nice and clean and more sunlight🙏🙏🙏🙏😘

Doug and his team did a great job removing our HUGE red oak tree from our back yard. They did a great job with not a lot of room to work. Gave me a better quote than the 4 other companies I called and did a good job at cleaning up and removing stump. Would abosutely use again!

Very professional and expert tree service. Workers are skilled, respectful and serious about their work. Well worth the money. Looking forward to using their services in the very near future.

The services provided from start to finish were very professional & well done.
Douglas did a detailed & very organized estimate. He & his crew arrived on time. We did a walk around to review what was to be done. He had also come up with a better idea as to how to approach one of the things that needed to be done. They were all conscientious of my property as well as my neighbors. The pricing is also very reasonable! This company was recommended to me & I have continued to recommend them. I will definitely use them again!

We have been working with Douglas and his team several times. They are efficient and professional. Price is very reasonable. The service is simply the best! We will work with Rock Solid Tree Service again in the future. By the way, they have done such a wonderful cleaning job after the trees were cut, our backyard looks like new again. So thank you!

SUPER happy with Rock Solid! We had a large tree come down after a tornado so I called RS at the recommendation of a neighbor. They literally came 10min later for a quote and said they could do the job that same morning! Two hours after my first call the tree and stump were GONE! I couldn’t believe it. They were so fast, left no trace there was ever a tree there, and gave me a very fair price. Douglas is the BEST and was such a nice guy. He gave me a heads up about some other iffy trees in my yard, I will def call them for my next job. Highly recommend!!

THEY CAME ON TIME… VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL… AND IIT DIDNT TAKE ALL DAY EITHER… THEY CLEANED UP BETTER THAN ME… I AM VERY SATISFIED… HERE GOES THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES… DID I MENTION THERE WAS TWO TREES

Doug came out to quote the grinding and removal of a tree stump in our yard. He gave a great quote and was able to have his team come the same day to remove it. The team was great! Hard working and professional, they removed the stump and cleaned up the area really well too.

Carlos did an outstanding job with our yard tree removal! He was professional, efficient, and very careful throughout the entire process. The tree was removed safely, and he made sure everything was cleaned up beautifully afterward—you’d never even know there had been a tree there. His attention to detail and hard work really stood out, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend Carlos to anyone needing tree removal or yard work done.
Thank you 🙏🏼 carlos

Update 5/17/19:

Contacted them at 4:45 PM today about 3 smaller stumps that we wanted to get rid of. Didn't expect them to show up today, about 15 mins later they were outside working on removing them. The owner and his wife. They were in the neighborhood and decided to do it. Awesome and superfast service.

Got estimates from 3 different places, and we landed on Rock Solid. Great impression from the initial call. Spotless clean up, overall an excellent job. Definitely will recommend this company.

Rock Solid did an awesome job in my backyard. They completely cleared a huge brush buildup accumulated over the years. In addition, they also removed some trees that were rotten and about to fall. They were promp and very courteous. They left my yard in a immaculate condition. I highly recommend them!

Douglas, Priscilla, and all the members of Rock Solid Tree Services have gone above and beyond our expectations removing damaged trees, fallen branches, trimming and pruning trees and bushes, stump and root grinding, as well as removing all the debris from our property. Douglas returns are calls within hours and then schedules us as quickly as possible while working us into his busy schedule. They complete all the work quickly and efficiently. It was truly amazing watching them trim the hundred-foot trees in our yard. They are polite, professional, and all their employees are helpful and hard-working people.

Carlos was very nice and showed up right on time with his crew. They worked quickly and professionally, and even went above and beyond by doing extra to make sure everything looked great. Our yard looks amazing, and we really appreciate the care and effort he put into the job. Highly recommend Carlos for tree removal and yard work!

Rock Solid did a good job in trimming down tree branches that were getting close to my house and bush squirrels were using to climb my gutter.

And I was allowed to edit the jobs I wanted down. Definitely calling rock sold for other future jobs.

Also, they did such a great job that I requested a second job that involved removing an ivy infestation and trimming trees. By yard felt so clear to look at and so much better! Also, the team did an extra assignment without me mentioning it that involved several dead branches without asking. I definitely plan on Rock Solid being my go to tree service. 11/10 in service.

Rock Solid was amazing. They provided excellent service, high quality tree removal, great prices, and did not damage the yard, the fence or any of the surrounding bushes. I can't recommend them more.

Extremely professional company with great communication and exceptional pricing!! I had some branches cut down off a property line tree. They did great work and the job was done super fast. They took all the cut brush plus alot of branches that I had bundled up already from separate work. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again!!

I had a very large tree expertly removed by Rock Solid Tree Services. Douglas came to my house to give me an estimate and his advice on how we should proceed with the tree removal. His price was much better than my other estimates. Priscilla was very helpful with scheduling and any other questions that I had. The tree crew who did the work were polite, professional and hard working. After removing a giant tree in my backyard, they cleaned everything up just like nothing ever happened. Douglas and his crew did an all around wonderful job and were incredibly respectful of my property. Amazing work, I highly recommend them for any tree work.

We had a great experience with Rock Solid Tree Service. We had large branches fall on our fence. Great communication throughout the whole process. They came out within 24hrs and removed all debris. The team went above and beyond! Highly recommend!
