Pretty poor service. Have an oven needing in all probability a new thermostat and a range hood needing a new light dimmer. The technician seemed wholly unprepared to diagnose the problem with the thermostat and communicate the repair strategy. "Do you have the parts, even if you did know the concrete solution, which, apparently and admittedly, you don't?" No. Can you fix the light dimmer? No, we don't have the parts. We'd have to order them. Ok, fair enough. Bye-bye. Nice guy, felt bad, but that's simply not going to work.
