I highly recommend All Bergen Appliance Service in Paramus for service issues with appliances. In my case today, as I was replacing the water filter in my refrigerator, it got stuck and the freezer door would not close properly. In a panic I googled appliance repair and called All Bergen (at 2 PM). Mary answered the phone and must have sensed the panic in my voice. She texted a repair tech and called me right back to say he would be here as soon as possible. Andrew arrived at 3:15, fixed the problem and showed me how to do this correctly the next time!
I’m so grateful to Mary for her exceptional service and concern and Andrew who made the effort to come to my house as quickly as he did. I had never dealt with All Bergen until today and they treated this ‘Stranger” as if I had been their client for years. I’m impressed!

Very thankful for All Bergen appliance service. They are very efficient and took the time to answer all my questions. They treated my washer issue as if though it was an emergency and tried their best to get the part needed and be back within 24 hours. The prices are also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

As with all things my dishwasher decided to stop working at the worst possible time, right after Sunday diner. Monday morning I gave All Bergen Appliance a call and Mary, the owner, was able to get a tech out quickly to see what they could do. Luckily they had the part in stock and was able to repair my dishwasher that afternoon saving me from that huge pile of dishes. Everyone from All Bergen was polite, helpful, quick and professional. I cannot recommend Bergen Appliance strongly enough. I am so happy to have found them based on other reviews, so I felt compelled to add mine. It is a nerve racking experience to find an appliance repair person you can trust and I now have used Bergen Appliance over six times for a variety of items because they are so trust worthy and have never overcharged me in my opinion. They are so honest in fact that in my last experience the owner recommended I do not replace the appliance and in fact helped me locate a replacement that same day! I’m so grateful for their professionalism and honesty. I will continue to use them as my go-to for any appliance repair.

Really great experience. I was having guests over the next day and needed my dishwasher fixed, they went out of their way to get me the part and do the repair. It's great when you get treated with care and understanding and not just another job.

Fantastic experience. Mary is tremendously knowledgeable and their technicians are fantastic. Can quickly diagnose any issue, and saved us with a last minute Christmas Eve service to rescue the holiday and fix our oven. Mary from All Bergen Appliance Repair went above and beyond to assist us when we needed a repair for a commercial sterile dishwasher, which is not a service they typically offer. Instead of simply saying they couldn't help, Mary took my name and number, called me back, and provided the contact information for someone who could assist with the dishwasher issue. She also explained what the likely problem was. I would highly recommend All Bergen Appliance Repair for their exceptional customer service.

Mary indeed was a God send!! Last Friday night my GE dryer stopped heating up, took it apart and found out it was a faulty Inlet Therm sensor. I needed the dryer up and running due to it being used in my multi family house, so I start calling around to LITERALYY ALL service stores in the Passaic/ Bergen area, 7 to be exact, and not one single one had the part on hand or said that I’d have to contact GE directly since they did not know what I was talking about. My last call was to these guys, a woman named Mary called me back asap confirming they had the part and I had it in my hands within the hour- and the part was a official GE part, I was expecting something to the contrary. They knew what I needed and took the time to look into if they have it and not to mention it was late in the evening, I really appreciated that, great customer service. (Ps. Dryer is now heating up and been through about 5 loads!)

Mary is the best! I called her when my dryer stopped working. She helped me out and sent someone over the same day to replace a part. Had my clothes back in the dryer a few hours after we spoke. I would 100% recommend this place!

All Bergan Appliance, and particularly Mary, are a gem in Bergen County. Just today, over the holiday, they came through for me.
Customer service is at the highest level and that is hard to find anywhere else. She goes above and beyond to make sure we, as customers, can get our appliances back up and running as soon as possible. My experience with All Bergen Appliance has been outstanding. I have visited their store for parts and also needed to have a technician come to repair an LG refrigerator. The owner, Mary Walsh was extremely helpful when I needed parts and on one occasion when the part was not the problem provided a refund with no problem. I recently had a problem with an LG refrigerator and the technician, Scott called in advance, was on time and did an excellent job in finding the problem and offered valuable advice, providing an estimate of the repair and offered alternatives since the appliance is 10 years old. When I spoke with Mary to cancel the part since I decided to just purchase a new refrigerator she was incredibly helpful and kind by offering her opinion and guidance regarding the brands that are more reliable and suggested an appliance store to obtain a reasonable price. She also agreed on the decision to purchase a new refrigerator instead of have the problem repaired, due to the cost and the track record of additional problems that historically occur with a 10 year old LG refrigerator. I found Mary very knowledgeable, honest and an amazing hands on owner who cares about the customer. I highly recommend All Bergen Appliance.

I contacted All Bergen Appliance Service for a refrigerator repair. The team was very professional and courteous in walking me through the issue and completely transparent on all costs involved. On the day of the repair, the technician, Scott was great, arriving promptly, and repairing my refrigerator effectively, leaving it brand new. I highly recommend!

Same day Service! My washing machine broke and I called the company Maytag recommended and they couldn’t come to me for a week. I was lucky enough to find All Bergen appliance. They came the same day and fixed the problem. Flo and Sal were wonderful!
