The Touchstone Tiling team did two TV mounts in my home today. One was a more basic mount job, which they did seamlessly and quickly. The other was much more complex, requiring wiring from an electrical outlet, drywall cutouts to accommodate that, and wall mount installation. The work was done precisely, with great care. The TV is mounted and looks perfect -- and the wall looks as though it was never cut to make room for behind the wall wiring.

I am super impressed with Ali, who arrived on time, was patient with his work, and even cleaned up the work area after (washing down our wood floors with a sponge to ensure they looked as they did when he arrived).

I would definitely recommend Ali and his team for complex TV mounting where you want behind the wall wiring for a seamless look once installed. Perfect job!

Ali of Touchstone Tiling was and is a Godsend! His skill and knowledge as a plumber was a given. He unclogged our drain in about 15 minutes. Ali also replaced our broken outdoor spigot in about 10. His rate was better than 4 other contractors. And Ali was also nice enough to explain exactly what he was doing while he worked and show me how make smaller future repairs on my own which is pretty unheard of for a man who makes a living doing the repairs he just taught me to do on my own. But aside from being a great and professional craftsman he’s a sincerely good man. And if I could give Ali 6 stars I would. Thx again, Ali!

Ali is a great person to work with ! He is very much professional, trustworthy, always on time. He has a great idea for the job that he does. He installed my dishwasher by cutting a 30” cabinet to 24” and providing lines for plumbing (hot water/waste) and he did it so well that I requested him to do my custom closet in my 3 bedrooms, he helped me with stairs for attic access, he helped me to do compound and paint for thermostat setup ! Basically he knows all jobs and he does well in everything with a very reasonable price (with or without materials)! He is now helping me with basin change with cabinet along with garage sink install !! I called him thrive in two weeks to help with my jobs !! I’m sure, I will continue working with him in future !!!

I met Al in 2022 when he installed a shower door and a dishwasher for me. He was meticulous with both installations and was very fair in price. He was a joy to work with and explained every step of his process.

This year, he renovated a small bathroom for me in 7 days! He made sure that my belongings were protected from debris and cleaned up after he left. He also explained what he was doing and truly went above and beyond the call of duty.

My wife was recommended Al by a woman at Home Depot to install a sink. He was efficient at completing top quality work. We also hired him to install a sink into the basement though we do not have a floor drain Al figured out a very inventive way to connect the sink to the main drainage pipe. He also installed new LED lights with dimmer switch in the basement, it is truly nice to meet a handyman who is honest, the quotes he gave us for the jobs was beyond reasonable. We have our "go-to" handyman from now on. WIll deff recommend him to friends and family

Touchstone Tile was a horrible experience and cost us an additional thousands of dollars in wasted materials, re-demo, and repairs. Although we were assured the work would be done well, the tile cuts were sloppy, edges were uneven, grout lines were not leveled or centered, and the floor was uneven. When Touchstone Tile used self-leveling cement on the bathroom floor to prep it for penny tiles, it seeped through the floor and into my downstairs ceiling, pouring through two recessed lights in my lower level (it was not properly sealed before the self-leveling cement was poured). About a third of the tiles were scratched beyond repair during install. While we did receive a refund for the money we paid for labor, we still lost all of the materials we bought, plus had to demo brand new sheet rock and have new sheet rock installed. We also lost a lot of time - this mess cost us at least an extra two weeks without our main bathroom by the time we had someone else come in and fix it. This was a HORRIBLE experience and would wish it on no one.

Staff very helpful in locating products I was seeking. Her help was critical in finding a product that was limited to only two models among several dozen I could not use.
