Reviews of local pros in Paramus, New Jersey

My office uses Zhanna's Cleaning for monthly cleaning and they do a great job. Then I found out Zhanna's does house cleaning as well so I gave them a try and I am really happy their house cleaners. I love coming home to a clean house!

We're hired Zhanna's Cleaning to cleaned up our condo last week. This was our first experience with this company and they did a great job. They made our floor spotless and the bathroom was perfect. Will call them back!

Zhanna's Cleaning and their maid services has made life around our home much better Not only is our home clean all the time but it is also less work for us to do. We have more time to relax. I would highly recommend getting Zhanna's cleaning to anyone who needs a break from house cleaning.

I researched several cleaning services near me and Zhanna's Cleaning was the one I heard about most often from other people. Their work has lived up to their reputation and we are very happy with their office cleaning service.

We have Zhanna's Cleaning do our office cleaning twice per week. They arrive at night after we are closed but we always know when they were here from the nice fresh smell in the morning. Unlike our old cleaning service that always clean under the desks.

I wasn't sure about having a maid service but several neighbors said they used Zhann's without any issues so I decided to give them a try. Their house cleaners are very professional and did such a thorough job on my home! The best decision I ever made.

Beware! The first cleaning went well. A few minor areas were missed but overall I was satisfied enough to schedule the recurring cleaning. That's when the a nightmare started. The tech abused my vacuum to the point where it had zero suction and smelled like smoke when I turned it on. There were grease streaks all over my range. There were splashes of sticky residue on my countertop. The bathroom vanities were left dusty (clearly untouched and not cleaned). The tub was not even wiped down (also untouched). Some food items were missing. Worst of all, they broke my oven door (GE Profile) to the point where it wouldn't close and I had to have it serviced. When I called Zhanna, she came to see for herself and promised she would pay for the repair. WELL! so much for that, she ghosted me and refuses to reply to me after I've footed the bill for the repair! I trusted her with my home and that resulted in the most infuriating, violating and unprofessional experience! Would never recommend such an irresponsible company to anyone!

I would 1000% recommend Zhanna’s cleaning! They are super thorough, and careful with my house, it always smells amazing after they come to our place, clean all the nooks and crannies, the bathrooms are pristine (details I don’t always have time to take care of during the week) abd the house just feels like new every time they come. The crew is always so friendly and professional, can’t recommend them enough!

Impressive commercial cleaning service for our office. The janitorial service is reliable.

Decluttering and deep cleaning my basement felt impossible until these expert cleaners showed up. They hauled heavy boxes, scrubbed untouched corners, and brought the whole space back to life. Even better, the total cost came in under budget. Hiring them was a total W.

After a pipe burst and flooded my clothing store on a Saturday night, I called in Zhanna's Cleaning Service once the water had been cleared by another crew. I won’t get into all the messy details, but I will say this: their finishing touches were exactly what I needed. And the service was delivered brilliantly promptly. I’m truly grateful they stepped in during a rough time. Major respect to them.

Great residential cleaning service option. Their house cleaning service in Bergen County is thorough.

Before a big premiere, I brought in this commercial cleaning service to clean my theater. Long story short, they did a bang-up job. The night of the premiere, I was thrilled that my theater was so clean.

From now on, when I need my Paramus dental care clinic cleaned, I’m using Zhannas Cleaning. Both times I hired this commercial cleaning company, they did a wonderful job.
