Reviews of local pros in Paramus, New Jersey

I cannot give enough praise for Roberto and his team. They completed three projects for me: electrical service upgrade (from a rusty and dated unit), outdoor EV car charger, and replacement of various basement outlets. Not only did Roberto spend 20 minutes on the phone and various emails explaining pros and cons of different options and any potential dangers, but he was always timely with his responses. He sent his top technicians Joe and Paul for all three jobs, with Christian also providing help for the last two jobs. They were polite and always on time, sometimes early. They checked with me before going forward with any constructive work and answered questions throughout. Roberto’s services came so highly recommended by other people in my town and I’m so glad we went with him. Thanks, Roberto and team! Five stars and more+++

I am very happy with the services and professionalism by Vaccarella Electrical. The entire experience from understanding the scope of work, scheduling, communication, and installation was very smooth process. They also handled getting the permit from the town. I hired them to upgrade my circuit breaker panel to 200 amp. They showed up on time, the guys explained everything they needed to do and approximately the time it would take. After completion the guys went over the entire job and made it very easy to understand the whole process . I would highly recommend and would be using them for any future electrical work needed.

Vaccarella Electrical was a great company to work with. They upgraded our service and installed an EV charger. They communicated the entire process with us and answered our questions right away.

Rob gave me an estimate 7 yrs ago, but i did not do the upgrade back then. This time, i decided to do the 200 Amp upgrade, so i asked him for an estimate that I have a limited budget for that. Rob gave me a good price, which I was able to do it within my budget. He also kindly answered all my questions via email with a yellow-highlighed mark on his comments. His team did a tremendous job with professional knowledge and getting things done quickly. I strongly recommend Vaccarella Electrical.

I called Vaccarella Electrical because I had several issues that, while they were probably considered minor, were annoying. Mr. Vaccarella gave each "minor" issue his complete attention and explained what the problems were. He will be returning over the next two weeks to install two new light fixtures and to repair loose wiring in my electrical panel. I highly recommend Vaccarella Electrical and I have complete confidence in their work.

Vaccarella electrical are true professionals. From the first phone call to the final product. The project to upgrade my panel to 200 AMPS so i can add my EV charger was conducted timely and effectively. The staff explained the entire job to me and what was to be expected. There high level of expertise along with there courteous approach is hard to find. I highly recommend using this company for any electrical work.

Roberto Vaccarella personally came to our home on short notice to do a diagnostic. He was exceptionally responsive and actually made a follow-up call regarding the issue. I would highly recommend this company.

Total pros. After another electrical company came to my house for an appraisal and ghosted me, I reached out to these guys and within 48 hours I had a consult, quote, and had an appointment scheduled for an electrical panel upgrade. They were prompt, reasonable, and did a great job. I now refer them to all my neighbors. Highly recommended!

I recently had an EV charger installation completed along with a full panel replacement and exterior wiring upgrade. The entire project was handled with professionalism and precision from beginning to end. The team carefully evaluated my home’s electrical system, explained the necessary upgrades, and executed the work flawlessly.

The new electrical panel was installed neatly and brought everything up to code, giving me confidence in both safety and reliability. The exterior wiring was routed with great care, maintaining a clean and organized look that blends seamlessly with the house. Finally, the EV charger installation itself was done perfectly.

Fantastic electrician. Quick response to an emergency call. Fixed the problem and then offered a detailed explanation of what happened and why.

Communicates exceptionally well. Works to make the cost of repairs as low as possible without any effect on the quality of the work.

Vaccarella Electric Services is who you should call, if you need an electrician. I cannot recommend them enough.

Thank you, Robert.

Vaccarella Electrical Services did an extremely professional and phenomenal job in our home. We had Vaccarella Electrical Services add recessed lighting and install light fixtures. Roberto and his team provided exceptional work and service in everything they did. He has years of experience and amazing patience that guides you through whatever surprises your house may try to toss your way. Roberto's work is meticulously planned out and executed to perfection! I have never worked with a contractor that had better communication or pride in his work!! Thanks Roberto, we love what you have done for our home!!" I highly recommend Vaccarella Electric Services to friends and family.

Let me say what gentleman Roberto is.

Came into my home and recognized the issue immediately. We’ve been running space heaters way too much because of an issue with our heating system.
Long story short he saw what it was and got on it right away. He was here exactly when he said he would be and took care of everything.

Thank you so very much.

I recently hired Vaccarella Electrical Services for some upgrades in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service! From the moment I reached out, their team was incredibly responsive, scheduling an appointment within 24 hours. The electrician was not only knowledgeable about upgrades to our home but also able to connect our EV charger. In addition, took the time to explain everything clearly, addressing all my concerns. They completed the job ahead of schedule without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend Vaccarella Electrical Services for anyone looking for efficient and reliable electrical services!

I highly recommend Vaccarella Electrical Service for all your electrical needs. I had 3 companies come to my home and give me a quote on installing a hot tub on top of my retaining wall. Two of the three totally disregarded my inquiries and said that it was going to be difficult. Couldn’t be bothered to look over the job any further. Came and left. But Roberto Vaccarella came for the estimate, not only did he look at what needed to be done. He went into my attic to see how the electrical system was connected and made recommendations that could help me in the future with my electrical system. Plus, his estimate was cheaper than the other two. Paul, Joe and Algenis were outstanding in their work. Knowledgeable, trustworthy and respectful. What more do you need in a company. All companies should follow their criteria

We used Vaccarella Electrical Services to upgrade our panel to 200 Amps and to run some electrical wire. From the very beginning Roberto was great. He is knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. Was able to get all the permits needed, and got the work done quickly. He and his team worked efficiently and left everything clean and organized. We passed inspection without any problems. I would definitely use Roberto and Vaccarella Electrical again without hesitation.

I love these guys. Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, reasonably priced. I have used them several times and they are always excellent!!!

I had a hot water tank problem a week ago.
First of all
Good price(amazing) and fast response.
The guy who installed hot water tank is very professional, quick, and reliable.
I will absolutely call them if I have another issue with plumbing.
Thanks, Racso!!

Can’t say enough positive things about this company. I sit on the board of a 20 unit HOA. Racso has been the only plumbing company to resolve our leaks and drainage issues without delay. The building is over 110 years old and used to constantly have Leeds especially in the winter time they came in and solved all our leak and drainage issues. They’re always quick to respond and if they don’t pick up the phone, they always call back right away I highly recommend.Racso for any plumbing needs.

Oscar is reliable, efficient and trust-worthy.
I called him late one night in panic when our heat went out!! It happened to be the coldest night, temperatures were dropping and a snow storm was expected the following day.

Oscar showed up within an hour!!
Unfortunately, the boiler needed to be changed as it was old and a potential fire hazard. He made me feel safe and assured me that he would work on it immediately.

He arrived first thing the next morning with a brand new boiler, installed and had it up and running all before the snow blizzard began. He made a stressful situation very easy and worry-free.

Back in the summer, I called Racso for a leak in the bathroom and Enrique took care of that service call. He too was pleasant, honest, efficient and fixed the leak quickly.

Racso plumbing provides excellent service! They are professionals and I would highly recommend for any plumbing & heating solutions!
