AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Spoke to Alex multiple times to ask about his snow removal services and he sent me details on what it would cost. I agreed to move forward and thought I had found someone I could trust to plow my driveway when snow hit - or so I though. My driveway is not easy due to a slope so 100% needed help.
The snow storm came and it dropped almost 2ft snow - prior to it snowing I had sent Alex texts confirming we were locked in and he confirmed (see texts). I had then hit him up while it was snowing as it was getting pretty high and due to our sloped driveway I thought he might have to come multiple times. He text back and said it wouldn't be an issue (see texts).
After the snow had stopped I reached out to confirm he was coming - NO ANSWER. I then reached out again - NO ANSWER. The snow had started to become heavier and was almost at the point of turning to ice. After numerous calls / VMs and texts I still hadn't heard from him and had to call someone else to help before it was too late.
Due to it being so last minute and the driveway being sloped I had to take the whole day off work to dig it out myself - not only did it cost me a lot of money by missing work but it also caused me a lot of back pain.
I still have not heard from Alex to even apologize or explain himself. All I wanted was a call to say " Sorry I can't do it" and I could have found someone else in time.
FURIOUS IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!
Little tip - treat people with respect and common courtesy

Alex responded to my call immediately for a spring cleanup & within a few days they were able to get every stick, leaf and acorn removed from my yard. They also power thatched the lawn. Couldn't ask for more. Great job Alex Kaplan Landscaping! I highly recommend this company

This guy Alex took advantage of my 92 year old Dad. He did a terrible job top dressing a lawn, leaving huge piles of dirt without raking it. On multiple occasions (5? 6?) he has said he would be by to reseed the damaged areas and take care of this situation. He hasn't been responsive to email. He hasn't been responsive to phone calls. My Dad is obsessed with this and even went to knock on this guy's door and once again Alex just lied to his face and said he'd 'send someone over tomorrow'. It's a real shame that Alex won't take enough pride in his business to right a wrong.

Alex has consistently been responsive and professional when coordinating services. He takes the time to answer any questions and we are very happy with our yard following the spring cleanup.

I called them regarding spring cleanup and issues with moss. Alex responded promptly and provided all possibilities to turn my lawn around. He reached out to check in with me and see if I had made a decision and ultimately helped me. Within two days he was able to take care of the spring cleanup and even went above and beyond with removing some dead trees. Property looks ten times better and now I’m better prepared to have a green lawn this season. Looking forward to using more of his services and expertise.

I recently decided to use Kaplan Landscaping for a spring cleanup. An I have to say they are one of the best landscapers in the business period! Between their quality of workmanship and the professionalism of their staff there is no chance you will be disappointed with choosing them as your preferred landscaper. I dealt with Alex when requesting a quote for the job I wanted. He was quick to send me the requested information and even quicker getting his guys to my house once I agreed to have the work done.
It was nice to have a landscaper treat me like a person and not another number on their route. In the past I have dealt with landscapers who I felt were misleading with their work. When dealing with Alex you will never have to worry about that. Full transparency so there is never any doubt or confusion about the job or service you and your lawn are getting. I don’t need to write a thesis to sell you these guys, their unbeatable quality and attention to detail does that for you.

Alex and his team always knock it out of the park. Great recommendations, on budget and made it super easy and quick of an install. Looking forward to working together moving forward.
