I had a project that required due diligence and attention to detail for a mid-scale multi-unit dwelling for a REIT that I’m involved in. Tom’s expert knowledge and ability to get projects done on time are his strong suite. Time was of the essence since renters would take occupancy within one month. We had a week to spare.
