Horrible customer service. These are people that don’t enjoy what they do and you can tell from the way they treat their clients. They are very rude and grumpy. Ridiculous that even the manager is worse than her technicians. If there was a zero I would be giving them a zero too. Having their technician hang up on me while I was still on the phone , then the manager calling my phone and refusing to acknowledge that I am the home owner, but instead asking “are you the mother or daughter?” Who does that? I AM THE HOME OWNER WHO HIRED YOUR SERVICES. They did a half job rather than what they were sent to do and had the audacity to hang up on me. Definitely one of the worse I have seen yet.
