Plumbing reviews in Parlin, New Jersey

My plumbing situation was a mess (frozen pipe) but Jimmy took care of it regardless. Very satisfied with his work. Will hire again and highly recommend his services to anyone looking.

Great service! I can recommend to anyone!

I have had great experience with Titan Plumbing. I have used their services for small projects (replacing a bathroom faucet in a tight spot) to large projects (hot water tank, sump pump). Jimmy and team always did a great job. Jimmy is also very responsive in replying to messages. Highly recommend.

Great service clean work.

Jimmy is awesome! He does great work, very reliable and dependable. Highly recommended

Jimmy does outstanding work. He is always available at a moment's notice, and we have called upon him during a number of emergencies and he always showed up right away. I can't say enough good things about his service. Always dependable, reliable, and high quality work! I highly recommend him.

I recently had an electrical fire in my basement. We knew it happened due to a leak somewhere in my kitchen. Jimmy arrived shortly after I called and was able to locate a cracked pipe under my sink. I have known Jimmy since high school and he is a great guy so I trusted him. Not only did he have the problem resolved quickly, but his pricing was fair as well. I’m so thankful for the service provided and I truly recommend Titan Plumming to anyone needing plumbing services.

Jimmy responds quickly and is highly professional and very knowledgeable.

Extremely unprofessional! Do not use them if Angi recommends them .

Great communication. Was upfront and honest about pricing and willing to work with me to go over options to repair a leak.

Jimmy and his employees are reliable, honest and arrived on the job on time! Did excellent clean job at a reasonable price. Very highly recommended.

Very quick to respond!
3 gas leaks in very old pipes. All work was done in a few hours!
Very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable!!
A pleasure to work with!
Would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs!
Thank you!!

Jimmy called back within an hour of me leaving a message and came over. Explained everything thoroughly, very professional, didn’t change price, as some other companies have done in the past.
Very pleased and will use him in the future. Highly recommend.

Titan was very responsive, came to our home to evaluate a water main leak, and provided a comprehensive and fair quote. They were professional and thorough. Ultimately we were able to complete the work through an insurance claim but we would have 1000% used them for our project with confidence.

FYI, when I don’t answer to your phone, this is because you are spamming me well into the night. When I do answer the call, you don’t get to disrespect me. Your saltiness was unnecessary. Now, I leave you a poor review for your manner. And take note of your reviews, your competitors are far better and friendlier after speaking to 6 different people. I can’t imagine what you would do if I ever gone ahead with you.

I recently had a HUGE leak (~3 feet) & needed repairs fast. Jimmy not only made time in his schedule to find the leak the next day, but had guys working at my house for 14 hours a day to get the work done as soon as possible! There was an elective service - a U-sewer drain pipe that was buried under the house & was partially clogged. Jimmy showed it to me and let me choose if i wanted the work or not. There we no surprises with the guy or his work. Also does not charge until the work is done, unlike some "professionals". Great work, quick & efficient. recommend him. 6/5 stars.

Owner seemed decent at first. Was responsive with first issue I had with his work.He made over 4k off of me for his work. Then we had a little falling out when I was trying to explain to him a problem I had.He insisted that I was wrong and he said, I "don't know what I am talking about I only have been doing this for 20 yrs" I was not trying to tell him he was wrong I just didn't agree with what he wanted to do.I was glad I didn't let him do the work.He told me he had to jack hammer my floor just to see what the problem was and then he would let me know what it would cost.I said you are out of your mind I called my friend he came over and this is what he found a cap from a shampoo bottle.Yea he is some master plumber.thanks for nothing jimmy.

I’ll never use another plumber. Jimmy is very responsive, reliable, fair-priced, and gets the job done every time. I started using him years ago when he was the only plumber to answer the phone on Christmas morning for an emergency. Excellent work!

Would never recommend them. Did work for me and never quoted me a price until work was finished. Over charged me ,took advantage of a senior citizen. Beware
Of this company. Far better companies out there, do your homework.

If you need a great plumber that is efficient and knowledgeable, call Titan Plumbing. We had a cracked sewage pipe (cast iron) in our basement and after having a couple of plumbers come and take a look and say it was a big problem, we called Titan Plumbing. I spoke to Jimmy, he came and took a look and said he can take care of it no problem. They came the next morning as promised, on time. They had it fixed in no time. Very courteous, efficient and honest. Great work, highly recommend!!

Jimmy was the best decision I made to get backwater valve installed. Not only did he give a reasonable price but also was easy to negotiate a price that worked for me. He showed up on time, and him and his team did a great job. They also installed the valve without having to open up more flooring than needed. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done!
