Constraction reviews in Parsippany, New Jersey

They do great work

Mike McLeod has been a wonderful help while we get are facility open.

Hollister is nothing but a bunch of thieves who mismanaged and looted their own company to the tune of $98 million. They owe my company $677,0000 in trust fund receivables they claim in court that they paid me. They perjured themselves when they affirmed through their corrupt attorneys that they paid my company one point seven million dollars. They perpetuated a lied in NY court Titan Drilling case and tried to get me to sign a back door deal. Except they didn't need my signature after all since the bankruptcy court approved their fraudulent deal. Time to report them to HUD for their shenanigans at Lighthouse. Brendan Murray, you are a disgrace and the world should know.

Quick and efficient dryer vent cleaning from Jack. Really gave us peace of mind knowing the vent was not backed. Dryer vent fires are more common than most people know. I actually think our dryer is drying more quickly since having it done. Highly recommend MMA Dryer vent cleaning and Air duct cleaning of NY.

Dealing with CKG Contactors has been a total stress free experience. The owner took the time to listen to me and explain how he would address the situation. Their promptness and professionalism is second to none! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire an honest contractor.

CKG were professional, skilled, timely and addressed any concerns I had and guaranteed their work.

We are very happy with the work done by CKG Contractors. Our house is 90 years old and had two layers of siding on it with many windows and the result with Hardie Board siding was beautiful. The work done was meticulous with small details attended to and all work done to contract specifications or better. We highly recommend CKG.

Very professional and prompt. Came around to discuss my needs. Agreed on a price and time. Carried out the work in a professional manor and exactly to my expectations. Would recommend.

I had CKG install roofing ventilation, replace an attic fan and replace a bit of siding on the front of the house. They did a spectacular job.

First, they honored an estimate that was a few months old. We had originally planned on doing the work, but my water heater went. So, I had to have that fixed. A few months later, I reached out to CKG and they scheduled the work at the originally estimated price.

Second, CKG initially installed siding that wasn't quite the same shape as my original siding (the original siding is no longer manufactured). The different shape caused the siding to look a little off. They did not argue with me, or say it was the best they could. They came up with a solution and addressed the problem. The house looks great now.

Third, CKG replaced an attic fan. After a few days, the attic fan started vibrating. I called them. They showed up that week and addressed the problem.

When no issues pop up every contractor can seem like a good contractor. I believe the difference between a good contract and a great contractor is how they address issues that unexpectedly pop up. CKG was quick to address the issues that popped up. They are a great contractor.

The team from CKG was awesome! They were respectful and careful of my exstensive garden, and left property clean. But the roof! I am still getting compliments from neighbors. The flashing around the chimney is perfection. The materials are top notch. I can't thank them enough for coming out to Sussex County! So thank you again!

We've been using CKG for all our home repairs for years. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend them. Their pricing is fair, they are prompt, neat, honest, responsive and most importantly, they don't try to up-sell you unnecessary repairs.

Chris and his team did roofing for our shed, and also fixed a water leak issue with gutters and the roof. Highly professional and good craftsmanship. Good prices and very fair and transparent. A++++

I had a leak in my roof and called CKG. Not only did they do the most thorough inspection of the area when quoting, but the price given was the most agressive.

They send a full crew out first thing the next morning to repair the roof before an incoming rainstorm. I was blown away by their responsiveness in getting this issue addressed as from start to finish was about 24 hours.

Chris the owner is a very nice guy and I personally like him very much. He failed to follow up on issues properly which I would have given him a 5 star rating instead of 4 if he followed through.

I got my rain gutter screens put on the entire house and his materials appear great (see photo). There is this corner that I never had rain water running off but right after the work was performed there was a string of water (see photo). Again a problem I did not have before I had the rain gutter screens put on. All this water was eroding away my soil (see photo) around my drainage system. Called Chris and he came out to take a look at it. The simple solution that would fix it was to bend the little mental and silicone it which he said he will send one of his guy to take care of. Well WEEKS and few MONTHS have gone by with no work performed. So, I pulled my ladder out and went up there myself bent the little metal and silicone it myself yesterday. I think it will fix the problem but next rain storm will tell.

Overall I think CKG is a very reputable and perform good work. I initially hired them for their positive rating to be disappointed.

My husband is finishing off an upstairs storage closet (sheet rock, flooring, etc...) and discovered a leak coming from our roof. I called CKG Contractors on Friday and Chris came out to assess the situation on Monday. Not only did he diagnose the problem, he had it fixed on Wednesday. My husband and I are very happy with Chris at CKG and his team. We got a quick response and quality service. It doesn't get any better than that!

I only had a small job to repair several pieces of my house siding, but CKG didn't have a problem with a small job. They came over, gave me an estimate of cost and when they should be able to do it.

The work was done beautifully and I couldn't have asked for more. They really put in the effort to get the siding fixed right.

I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
