This place is so horrid it doesnt even deserve one star. My husband has been working and devoting his life to this job just to have many hours of overtime taken from him. His manager, Miguel did nothing but make his situation worse. Miguel has been lying and making excuses to not compensate my husband for the work he did (over $1000). My husband went to anyone and everyone who was above him in ranking asking for help in this situation but they all pointed fingers to Miguel and said he is the only one who could help, but Miguel did nothing. Even HR declined to help!!! Why have an HR who doesnt do their job? Isnt one of HRs purposes to help with these cases?? Everyone declined to help my husband. The second my husband filed a complaint his hours and days were taken away from him and all of a sudden having a set and stable schedule was hard to give him. My husband begged for his regular hours to return only for Miguel to lie to him and tell him hes doing his best when in reality he was scamming my husband and making his life harder. Ontop of all of this, this instance isnt the first time they stole from my husband. DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT work for this company or get involved with them at all if you dont want the same experiances happening to you!!!

Planned Companies recently took over the contract for both maintenance and concierge services at my condominium. I wrote a letter to Miss Bruno VP of human resources at planned companies, and explained that they are now employing a Concierge who has extorted money from me a few months after I had moved in. At that point, I was still mourning the death of my husband and I was quite afraid not to give him money, so as requested I gave him $1000. Since then, he has tried to extort money from me on two other occasions. He used to work the 11 PM to 7 AM shift. And now with this new management company, he has been moved to both 7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM shifts. This makes it impossible for me to avoid him. I’m terribly worried for my safety as well as the safety of any other single woman living at North Beach condominiums in Asbury Park. I reported this to management numerous times and then most recently planned companies, vice president of human resources. The response I got from her was appalling. She blew me off and clearly has no problem employee Concierge, with behaviors that are illegal, I’m assuming extortion is still illegal. If anybody needs, confirmation of this please let me know and I’ll provide it. But I absolutely would not use this company for the safety of your residents and possibly other staff.

During the storm, I went to the Met South lower garage as instructed by the building email to park safely. The security guard, Belal Merza (from Planned Security Company), was rude and dismissive, repeatedly interrupted me, and insisted the garage was full even though there were available spaces. He also told me the open spots were “reserved for my clients,” which was inappropriate since I was following building instructions as a resident. Even after I left, he continued making comments and complaining about me to another guard. Very disappointing experience, and this should be addressed by management. Unfortunately, I’m unable to post the video here, but please contact me directly if needed. I have video footage that documents and confirms his behavior.
