Justin and Scott did a wonderful job! After almost 3 months of moving in to our new home, we can now use our Master shower and commode. We were unable to control the water temperature because of a damaged component & our toilet leaked from a crack. We're happy with their professionalism & knowledge. I called on a Monday when my HVAC stopped working at the business. My regular servicer would not fix it until a full week. Chase beat the original quote by a significant amount, and was also able to fix our HVAC system the NEXT Day. This was an entire unit replacement/installation and not a quick repair job. We are so thankful for these guys. If their first contact was any indication of how they are usually committed to excellent customer service, I'm sure that they have a new loyal client.

Plumber was excellent. Polite and professional. I told him about my shower leaking and showed it to him. He examined it and provided me with a free quote. The price was acceptable to me. The person who came back to fix it was very quick. Testing for leaks showed that it was good. I was told that the product had a guarantee of 90 days. The person who answered my questions was very nice. The plumbers were excellent.
