Tri-County Mechanical installed my Kinetico water filtration system in 2020. At that time, I was impressed with their work, including connecting it to my kitchen sink faucet and refrigerator's ice maker and water dispenser.

Today, Brian, the technician, did an excellent job during maintenance. He thoroughly checked the water quality before and after the service, replaced four out of five filter cartridges, sanitized the system, and recharged the refrigerator booster bladder to 10psi. He also informed me that the reverse osmosis cartridge was working perfectly and didn't need replacing.

Brian was extremely patient and explained everything clearly, which made me reconsider doing it myself as I had originally planned. Instead, he offered valuable insight on how to maintain the system. His professionalism and expertise are top-notch, and I'll definitely be calling Tri-County when maintenance is needed again. I wholeheartedly recommend both the Kinetico K5 water purification system and Tri-County Mechanical as the authorized installation and service provider.
