Wojciech, the technician, was very knowledge, friendly and honest about my issue. The estimate proposed, needed work also sounded very fair. In addition to being punctual, he was also thorough. Highly recommended!

I've had alot of work done from Roto Rooter and had been very pleased. Then recently I needed my clogged drain down stairs fixed. A plumber named Sai came to fix it. He was great, he worked hard to fix the clog. Showed it to me and explained all of the work. He cleaned the clog, put everything backed together and cleaned up. He explained to me about the old pipes and how they should be replace (which I knew I had to do). He made me confident enough in him to do the job. He came this weekend with 2 other plumbers and they all worked hard, very neat. The work they did looks and works great. They where very knowledgeable and accurate fixing everything. When I need anymore work I will definitely call Roto Rooter ( and probably ask for Sai.)
