We use Rapid Pump quite often, as we manage several NJ lift stations. This past weekend into Monday, they did an excellent job taking care of our lift station. They have two techs, Shane and Bill who not only knew exactly what was going on with our lift station but were excellent communicators. They let us know, every step of the way what was going on and even both of them followed back up with us after the job was complete. Great guys great service!!
