I used Jl Tech a few months back to fix the garbage disposal in my kitchen sink. Before that, I had another highly rated local firm come and look at it. After tinkering around with it for 30 minutes, they told me that the whole unit had to be replaced because it is broken beyond any repair. Before I called them, I had even looked up stuff on YouTube and tried to fix it on my own, but that didn't work.

After the first firm told me about the replacement, I reached out to Jl Tech to see if they can give me a quote for the replacement. They suggested that they can try to fix it first, and if it doesn't work, they can replace it. I decided to take a punt on it. When they came in, they actually took the unit out and were able to clear the blockage and actually fix the unit. It was not broken beyond repair.

After that, there was some leakage that I saw overnight when the unit was not fixed and was a bit loose. I called them up again. They came back the next day and made sure it was completely fixed. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Jose is very professional, polite and prompt. He took on a difficult repair job for me and successfully fixed what other people wouldn't have touched in my washing machine. I have been using him for several years now and he is the most reliable, competent, and pleasant person who goes out of his way to make sure he does a perfect job. I highly recommend him.

Jose is the best. He originally fixed our new Frigidaire refrigerator troubleshooting why the temperature wasn't holding. Then I've been using him for yearly checkups on my HVAC. Always great service and communication. We ended up losing heat during this cold winter and he came through yet again to repair and get us up and running again. 5 stars isn't enough for his service.

Unbelievable experience on the repair of my LG refrigerator. Prior to replacing the bad compressor, Jose quoted a very fair price. Upon installing the new compressor, he determined that it was defective. On the very next day, he arrived with another new compressor. He drove a long distance each day and never charged any more than quoted price, I offered him an additional sum of money for his trouble but he refused to accept it.

When I contacted him about the initial new compressor not working he responded immediately and said he would be back first thing in the morning. This guy is a true professional and highly competent. I will recommend him to everyone who asks me for an appliance repair technician.

Jose was great. He quickly diagnosed my dishwasher problem and was able to fix it in 10 min. I just bought my dishwasher and the person who installed it cannot get it to work. I didn't want the hassle to return/exchange so I called Jose and im glad I did. All in all Jose went above and beyond. He helped me with my dishwasher issue, light switch issue and also asked him some handyman work that he does not mind doing. Great guy as well as skilled man. I highly recommend him. 👍 👌
