I paid $650 for a motor replacement job, but now I'm having issues with my heater's igniter not working. The repairman responded with some unprofessional comments about his personal life and made it clear he doesn't care about customer feedback. This guy takes no responsibility for his work, which is infuriating.

What really gets me is that the same person who did the AC repair job now tries to shift the blame onto another technician by claiming they didn't connect the heating system correctly. Instead of taking a look at my issue himself, he just sent me a message. It's clear he doesn't have expertise in his field and is just trying to avoid accountability.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They seem more interested in making money than providing decent customer service. Don't bother with them unless you want to waste your time and money.
