Bob of DK Electric came out to troubleshoot an electrical issue. He spotted the issue right away and fixed it immediately, explaining everything clearly. Couldn't ask for more.

Brendan and Tim were fantastic. Spent all day to get the job done, very conscientious to ensure everything worked and we were satisfied and most importantly, safe. Also super nice and friendly!

We needed some electrical work done that was time sensitive. DK electric not only delivered, but went out of their way to ease our concerns and meet our needed timeline. Brendan came out for a estimate. I decided ok. We booked date. Showed up ready to go. He did a very professional job. Installed new outlets, switches, range hood. Also took care of some breakers that needed replacing and capped off outside spot light not needed.. Cleaned up after each thing he did. Nice polite guy. My kitchen looks just about new! I'll definitely call for any future work! Thankyou Brendan!

Bob was amazing! He was patient and took the time to explain all of his findings. I had a small list of electrical odds and ends for him to do and he had them completed within the hour. (Improperly grounded outlets and switches, replacing electrical panel switches, etc.)

Highly recommend this company. From first call to final install I have no complaint. Responded to voicemail fast and set up appointment for a quote. Price was in the range I expected. The work was actually better than I expected. New panel fully and clearly labeled, conduit ran out of the way and right into corners, car charger in perfect location. As a diy guy that’s kinda thrifty (cheap) I’m extra thrilled about the whole experience. No buyers remorse here! Joe was great, DK arrived promptly and did the work. I'm not a guy that likes to know how the sausage is made, I like techs and companies that come in, find problem, fix problem, without explaining what they are doing every step of the way. I really don't care, and I also have no idea what they are talking about most of the time. I'm a grocer, and an operations guy. Not an electrician. DK and Joe are perfect if you are like me and too busy to have someone explain something to you that you either don't have the need to retain or care. 5 stars...

As usual I called DK with an emergency. I was displaced by a fire in my neighbors home. My meter was removed during the worst snow storms in nine years. The process of filing my permits was made easier with Britney's help. Derek went above and beyond by hand carrying the paperwork to the township building. You couldn't hire a better team. I have always had positive interactions with the staff.

Brendan come out today to give a quote for electric to be ran to our detached garage. He explained everything in detail and gave a great quote. Very honest and easy to talk with. Looking forward to having our electric done and support and family run local business.

Had power out in two rooms of the house and they were able to get a technician over same day in the afternoon. Joe went over the pricing with us immediately and gave us a flat rate no matter the time it took or work done. He checked literally everywhere to no avail and then suggested there might be an outlet hidden in our closet. He was right about that and after checking that outlet he fou d the source of the problem. Replaced the outlet and a burnt wire and we have power again! Was super polite and thorough and got the job done thanks to his dedication and skill. If we ever have electric issues again DK will be the first and last place we call to get it solved. Dk replaced our whole fuse box and also replaced our baseboard heaters . Service was excellent and they were extremely clean and efficient. I always believed you get what you pay for and that’s the truth with this company. I highly recommend them for all electric needs .

Bob was great. He came in did an inspection on my problem, clearly communicated the problem and what was needed to do to fix it. Kept us updated throughout the process and let us know what was going on. Overall great experience would highly recommended him to anyone.

Wanted to give a shoutout to Bob from DK Electric Solutions who done some work in my home yesterday. What an amazing and knowledgeable young man. Not only did he explain exactly what was needed, this guy went way above and beyond what he needed to. And my guy stayed late (no extra cost) to make sure we were good. Even missed the kids parent teacher conference. Lol His wife made it tho. During these times when customer service seems to be out on the back burner, it’s extremely satisfying to see a company that prides itself on making sure the customer is a happy. They for sure have my future business.

So DK has done all the electrical work on my new home—removing the knob & tube, setting up proper GFI in the kitchen and bathrooms, custom under- and over-cabinet lighting, kitchen and bathroom lighting/fans, multiple ceiling fans and chandelier installations, smart dimming switches, setting up Ethernet ports in some rooms, special outlets for kitchen appliances and basement sump pump, installing two camera doorbells at the front and back doors, and even and emergency removal/fix on an old piece of wire in the basement that started smoking. I’ve contracted them to do so much in my ~150yr old home that I’m probably forgetting a few things, but all the work they’ve done is stellar.

They’re a fantastic company! All the electricians have been so professional and helpful, and they’ve always explained the situation to me so I understand what’s going on and can make the right choices. Brendan is a really hard worker and very particular about making sure the work is done right and done well, even if it takes him extra time. He’s handled the majority of the work in my home and I have no complaints about any of his work. And Barry saved my home from a potential electrical fire by removing a very old piece of wire that started smoking. Additionally, their office staff is very kind and helpful. I’m also happy with their prices—electrical work isn’t something I believe in cheaping out on, but I still felt that their prices were fair.

I feel so much happier and safer in my new home thanks to the DK team! I’ll be contacting them again whenever I want more work done.
