Excellent in every way. My electrician, Brendan, was friendly, professional, a genuinely nice guy, and truly knows what he’s doing. He took a very reasonable amount of time for all the various repairs and safety checks I needed without rushing any part of the work, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the visit. He was totally comfortable with explaining the how-and-why of everything he did. His company truck is a rolling electrical supply warehouse and had everything he needed, even when he had to grab something extra to ensure a perfect installation or a safety double-check. I seriously feel safer and more confident with my house wiring after he completed the service, and I am absolutely going to have him here again for some future upgrades that he was happy to help me plan in detail. Also, shout-out to Rebecca, who is super-friendly and helpful on the phone and in person at the DK office.

Very professional and overall pleasant experience. I had a chandelier and brand new recessed lighting installed, and everything was done very quickly and efficiently. They were very knowledgable, answered all my questions, and did a fantastic job at installing everything. Would highly recommend them for all your electrical work, and will be reaching out to them again in the future for other projects I need done.

Brendan came out for a estimate. I decided ok. We booked date. Showed up ready to go. He did a very professional job. Installed new outlets, switches, range hood. Also took care of some breakers that needed replacing and capped off outside spot light not needed.. Cleaned up after each thing he did. Nice polite guy. My kitchen looks just about new! Bob was amazing! He was patient and took the time to explain all of his findings. I had a small list of electrical odds and ends for him to do and he had them completed within the hour. (Improperly grounded outlets and switches, replacing electrical panel switches, etc.)

Highly recommend this company. From first call to final install I have no complaint. Responded to voicemail fast and set up appointment for a quote. Price was in the range I expected. The work was actually better than I expected. New panel fully and clearly labeled, conduit ran out of the way and right into corners, car charger in perfect location. As a diy guy that’s kinda thrifty (cheap) I’m extra thrilled about the whole experience. No buyers remorse here! Joe was great, DK arrived promptly and did the work. I'm not a guy that likes to know how the sausage is made, I like techs and companies that come in, find problem, fix problem, without explaining what they are doing every step of the way. I really don't care, and I also have no idea what they are talking about most of the time. I'm a grocer, and an operations guy. Not an electrician. DK and Joe are perfect if you are like me and too busy to have someone explain something to you that you either don't have the need to retain or care. 5 stars...
