A tremendous experience...Kitchen sink clogged/backing up...Had a plumber attempt to clear it...Told me I needed a drain service...Recommended JMF...Called on Saturday at 10:50am...Called me back at 11:00am...Was at the house at 11:30am...After about 45 minutes it looked like it was not going to work...but James thought about it for a couple of minutes and didn't want to give up and decided to modify the a auger and try again...Within the next 15 minutes the water was flowing/draining exactly as it should...Highly recommend!

JMF was referred to me by my plumber when he couldn't clear a backed up drain in my office. Mike came in,assessed the problem, and had the drain cleared in less than an hour. I am thrilled with the the results.

I can’t say enough about these folks. They have been my go-to for plumbing back up and weird issues for 10 years (2 houses). We generally need the main drain in our house cleared annually and they come the day I call. They answer the phone and if you leave a message call back within minutes.

Incredible service. I called the guys from Fay after a first opinion on my home with one of their competitors resulted in a recommendation to dig up and replace my sewer line (+$5k project at least). After calling Fay for a same-day appointment, these guys were literally at my door in 25 minutes. The spent an hour snaking the sewage line until it was free and clear. In other words, I went from a highly stressful and costly initial diagnosis to a routine Fay sewer pipe cleaning within 90 minutes!

Fay also left me with some good advice as to how to do regular maintenance to avoid this in the future. Excellent experience overall.
