I cannot thank Jack, Evan and Ryan enough. This company and these guys were so professional and honest. They showed up on time was very detailed in their explanation of the work that needed to be done. Cleaned up after they was finished. Jack even spoke to my home warranty company and explained everything to them. I 💯 will recommend Prime Electrical to everyone. Our thermostat showed an error that it wasn’t reading C - wire or power. So we went down in the basement and discovered there was some issue between the circuit breaker and the wiring to the heater. It was freezing that Sunday morning and the house had no heat. After doing the basic troubleshooting we could being dumb home owners, we decided it was time to call an emergency electrician.
They were there in an hour. Super fast. He was professional, competent, friendly and told us upfront what the process was, what he was looking for and going to do, and what the price was going to look like (given the different possible issues and their respective repairs) . We agreed and he went right to work.
We thought we were going to be freezing until Monday, no one else could make it out.
Price was fair. We couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend if you need a quick emergency repair. -

We used them to redo our panel among other things in our house, and Jack is great. Their work was great quality, they were punctual, polite, and responsive. A while later we had a small job we needed done, and Jack was at the house literally the next day. We have another big job coming up in a month to two, and 100% Prime is our choice.
