They were fast and provided up front discounts for a large job. It is not completed as the hole in the yard is still not filled but we are waiting on the city. Once that is completed I would feel more confident with everything. This was my first time using them.

Tech charged $600 to clear a drain he claimed he couldn’t. He proceeded to sell me on full drain replacement being needed. The job started out at $12,000 and went down to $10,500 after I agreed to the drain replacement because I “used their services” to clear the drain. No attempt to clear the drain was made. He simply ran the camera and showed me. So I was “given” a $900 discount because I paid for drain clearing that didn’t happen. The crew that replaced the drain appears to have done a good job but time will tell.

Nick was an excellent plumber diagnosed my problem right away and work was done quickly and precise. Will be strictly requesting him if I ever have another plumbing issue. Great customer service and knew what he was talking about. Very skilled plumber.
