After a bad experience with a National company dealing with a clogged sewer line we contacted Segrest. Dylan came over and used a camera with the snake, having me in the basement and showing me every step of the way what was going on with the snake, sewer line, and obstructions. Unlike the National Company who would not show us the pictures (if they even took any) and told us the whole line had to be replaced for tons of money, Dylan of Segrest had me present the entire time, and I learned a great deal as I observed. Diagnosis was that hydro jetting was all that was needed at present, with a 6 month checkup to see how much roots may grow back. Straightforward, honest, and professional. An absolutely first rate outfit and I highly recommend them.
