Before hiring this company for any work in your house, please reconsider. I recently hired David, a technician, to perform basic maintenance on my chimney and dryer exhaust vent. Unfortunately, they ended up clogging my exhaust vent, causing my dryer machine to malfunction and display error codes indicating a clogged exhaust.

I contacted the company to request a technician to fix the issue they caused, but they have completely disregarded my calls. They claimed to have a resolution and that they would call me back, but they never did. I provided this company with ample time to rectify the problem that they caused so that I didn’t have to write this review, but they failed to act in good faith. Thanks to Dave’s lack of experience I had to hire someone else to come out and fix the problem.

Despite having 25 reviews with a perfect score, I highly doubt that those reviews are genuine. Their work was sloppy, and they charged me $700 for only 45 minutes of terrible service.

I had a great experience with the CPR Restoration and cleaning services staff. They were pleasant and knowledge about the work that needed to be done in my flooded basement. The guys did an amazing job cleaning out the water and repairing the water damages. Alex and Jorge explained very well the process of the work and answered all my questions.

I recently had water damage from an upstairs neighbor, Jorge and his crew were very thorough while assessing the damage and had a very extensive knowledge on the matter and answered all of my questions with ease. They did an amazing job.

CPR did a great job remediating. The staff was so kind and helpful through a difficult time. They worked quickly and diligently! Jorge was fantastic. He was our site supervisor and he and his crew were on time every day, put in very long hours to complete the job quickly, and really took care of us. He quickly answered all texts and calls. His crew was great! We are thankful we got his team and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this service.

This company did a great job. They located all the water damage caused by my hot water heater and set to work cleaning it up quickly. They kept in touch with me explaining everything in detail and showed up when they said they would. I would highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

CPR’s supervisor Jorge and his team did a great job. Always keeping us apprised of what was going on, keeping the dust to a minimum with plastic curtains, and keeping the areas clean. they are all a credit to their profession.

I cannot say enough good things about CPR Restorations, especially Jorge and his incredible team. After a water main burst in front home, we were devastated and overwhelmed by the damage. Jorge and his crew arrived promptly, evaluated the situation, and immediately started working to remove the water and salvage as much of our property as possible. Their efficiency and professionalism were unmatched.

The team quickly stabilized the area with dehumidifiers, leaving the machines overnight to remove the moisture from the mud left behind. The next morning, the entire team arrived and worked tirelessly, from sunrise to well beyond sunset. They removed wet, contaminated drywall, ripped out warped cabinets, and left the tile floors looking brand new. I was so impressed with how respectful they were toward our belongings, carefully sorting through everything. They cleaned and saved what they could, and graciously left items they didn’t think could be salvaged for us to decide about, showing immense respect for how hard it is to lose cherished items.

Jorge and his team truly went above and beyond. Their empathy, energy, and kindness made an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. I highly recommend CPR Restorations, and especially Jorge’s team, to anyone dealing with a disaster. They were amazing—efficient, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. Thank you, CPR!
