I am so happy I went with Service Master. The utter fear that one experiences when pipes freeze and burst is devastating. From the point at which I decided to go with Service Master they have been professional, understanding, empathetic and supportive with what I was going through. Randy Orlando was simply fantastic in how he explained the process of putting me back into the position I was in before the bad thing happened. He stayed in contact with the crews handling all parts of the process

Gabi Nazeh was marvelous in his patience with me. He constantly would keep me up to date as to what was going on and how packing was being done. He significantly helped alleviate some of the anxieties I had going through something like this for the first time in my life. It was a real joy for me that he was a part of this process.

Nicole Klein was always the contact person who would always reach out to me and make sure I knew and understood who would be coming out to my residence and what their role would be. She is such a pleasant person to deal with.

Ditto for Ethan Boyd. My contact with Ethan was not as frequent but whenever I would call with a question Ethan would answer my questions and soothe my uneasiness.

Franklin Cedillo and his crew did in my opinion a top rate job on the ceiling in the garage, on the tile on downstairs floors, on the wood floors upstairs etc. Franklin’s workers would come in, put their heads down and just work. Great experience with them.

So in summary, I’ve been more than satisfied with my Service Master remediation and repair work on my home.

No one ever wants to experience water damage that causes significant damage to their home, but having Service Master being here for me was truly a blessing.

I hope and pray I never have to go through something like this again in my life, but if I do, there is absolutely no doubt I would demand Service Master be my remediation and repair contractor company again.
