Very personable staff. We hired them to clean the windows of our preschool & they did a fantastic job! Both staff members worked quickly & communicated with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the finished result.

Brian and Kishan make an excellent power washing team. They were fast and effective. GREAT PRICING, hit every nook and cranny, Very Professional, Organized, On Time, Great work, doesn't try and screw you on price. You get exactly what you are paying for which is GREAT QUALITY SERVICE and a CLEAN HOME. Very happy with how my home came out. DEFFINATLELY RECCOMEND.

When I got the estimate I thought "You've got to be kidding me!" It was waaay more than fair. It was great! On top of that, the power washing they did was excellent! It's like a new house! I'm definitely recommending them to my neighbors and will use them again in the future!

Brian was amazing! He cleaned our new construction windows, balcony, and siding. He went above and beyond and we will absolutely be using this service in the future.

Our Townhouse HOA has used Spic & Span Pros twice so far to clean out our gutters and perform some minor exterior repairs. We are very happy with their services and will keep using them. We were using a different company prior which changed hands and they couldn't complete the job on time. So that other company left us in a bad place, scrambling to find a competent provider with the ability to service us with almost freezing temps already in place. Spic & Span Pros came out and their crew spent the whole day clearing our gutters by hand. They also repaired areas that were sagging and replaced some gutter spikes.
We had them back early summer to clean gutters again for buildings which have a lot of tree coverage. We also had some loose window shutters that needed to be reattached. They went out of their way to help and have a great attention to detail.

In summary they do a great job for a very reasonable price, are responsive, well equipped, and insured; we highly recommend them for your commercials or residential needs.

Brian spent hours making sure everything was PERFECT. Great contact by text and email. Price exactly as quoted. Definitely recommend - I will certainly be using Spic & Span again.

Brian was fantastic - reliable, honest and left our gutters is far better shape than he found him. We have built in Yankee gutters so that’s really saying something.

Fully staffed by respectful associates. The team worked both quick and efficient. Contacted Brian (the owner) got back to me right away and came out the next day to quote me. Came back the next day to get the job done. Went out of the way to make sure I was satisfied and was willing to work around my schedule. Will deffinately be using Brian and his team again.

Spic & Span Pros were exceptional. I needed someone out ASAP due to a clog in my gutters which caused water in my basement. They were there the next day with a fair price. Another company wanted to charge me more as well as 150$ emergency fee. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Manager came out to give me an appraisal, once everything was arranged and rate was agreed on by both parties within minutes the team was rocking and rolling. My house looks brand new!
